“I would stay away from this property management company at all cost. They will omit critical information that would stop you from renting. Specifically at 320 S Occidental. Almost got conned into moving in there and luckily ran into 3 tenets as i was moving in that told me to run as far away as I could. And they kept $2,000 for the "inconvenience" i caused them. Greedy and predatory. This woman actually said to me word for word "This is Koreatown, where do you think you are, Beverly Hills??"”

“This building has so much potential, but they used a very cheap flooring that creaks every time you step on it. This isn't a problem for you but when you live under heavy people, every step they take telegraphs down to you. It wouldn't be a problem if this only happened during the day time, but there seems to be a LOT of section 8 folks who do not work so they are up at all times of the night making it sound like a basketball court. This building also has a LOT of barking dogs and the building next door is very loud too. There are roaches, garbage and sometimes even transients INSIDE the building. I was glad to finally move out when my lease ended. It is too bad because this apartment could have been a dream, but ended up being a nightmare.”
