“Management is never around. Bullied into signing saying apartment was in perfect condition, when there was damage all around, scrapes on floor, literal dirty and grimy. The bathroom had pee on the wall. Not cleaned. They only gave us 1 key and 1 mail key though the lease says two of each. There are constant issues, this building was built crappy and fast, so it's well known that the issues are because of the contractors. That being said, things fall apart quickly, such as plumbing. We went weeks without access to our washing because of plumbing issues, promised concessions that never came. A few months ago someone from the health department came because there was no hot water to the apartment for four days. There is currently another water issue where the roof is flooding and there have been maintanance on the roof for days.”
