“Disgusting place to live at. Rats and Roaches will crawl all over your dinner if you leave it unattended. The manager of the building refuses to do anything about noise complaints, she always gets all tenants to fight eachother, she constantly makes threats of eviction and makes false claims of unpaid rent to worry tenants. Disgusting Third World living conditions, Crimininal Tenants are allowed to live here including a child molester and there's kids living here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

However there are neighbors that don't know the meaning of take out your trash. Also, it's great to allow people to have pets, but they are eliminating in the only elevator (of 2) that runs. The elevator has been a $$ situation for over a year I'm told. If you need cheap rent in a great neighborhood, this is a decent starter place. Maintenance does what it can to keep up, but its a lazy (or futile) effort.”
— 627 S NORMANDIE AVE · Koreatown“This is an absolutely charming vintage building from the 1920s, with good views and mostly well-kept common areas. Unfortunately, its a large old building that doesn't seem to have had the pipes and walls updated recently, if ever. There are recurring bug problems and occasional water-pipe problems. I find the on-site manager to be helpful and constantly cleaning, but its a large building with tenants who tend to litter and leave trash around the building (no trash chutes). During the day, with a great view and spacious room, this was a great apartment- one of my favorites. However, I moved out this spring due to the bug encounters at night. Spraying was provided by the management but didn't help.”
