“The appearance of the community is good. The inner structure of the room is good. It is also convenient to visit the managers in person. But the laundry room needs repair as the heat machine is not efficient at drying clothes. Also the fees for washing and drying clothes are too expansive for these old machines.”

We rented this studio as was advertised on the company website, but when we moved it was all different, the furniture wasn't clean, the wall painting job was horrible, the air conditioning was unreliable. It was an over all fraudulent process. Not to mention the over priced rent. I don't recommend renting there.”

I admit the staff there was very accommodating, answered all my questions, and showed me the unit without rushing me during my inspection. I was very close to renting an apartment complex here. They also let me see the garage and look at the parking setup for the complex. My only deal breakers were the fact that the unit does not have central A/C (it's LA and it's definitely going to be hot in the summer) and the fact that the unit was so small (400 square feet). It's quite pricey for that amount of square feet. Also, laundry is shared based on your floor. There is about 2 laundry machines for 1 floor. The gym is on the first floor and honestly quite small. The manager, Tom, was so nice, though. I was so close to saying yes due to the leasing staff and property manager, but I ended up taking a different place. It is in a good location - walking distance to all the stores and UCLA.”

When I talked to him about the noise issue, I was not sure how he solved it but my neighbor has been quiet since then.”
