No warnings about it but they say they are "newly renovated" My guess is they mean they sprayed with raid and painted the walls. Water damage to the ceiling of the apartment from the apartment above...just painted over. Floor...they used sticky wall vinyl for the floor!!! Garbage room is actually a broom closet you put your trash in!! Not sanitary at all. My daughters mail lock was popped off and was never replaced so if you do move in, dont get your mail sent there!!! The only reason it didnt get a zero is because 1 is the lowest rating you can give!”
