“Only had a few days to find an apartment to move from Arizona to LA and leasing office manager was very prompt to respond to our inquiries. We settled in and our apartment was clean and newly renovated. If you're moving from AZ, expect smaller everything such as kitchen, rooms, shorter ceilings and parking spaces. We chose Meridian Luxury Apartments for 1) safety 2) location 3) convenience. We would prefer an apartment with its own washer and dryer and a small gym given the value of the rent.”

“I love living at Meridian Apartments and was very happy to continue my lease after my first year. My neighbors are great, the property manager is incredible, and the entire complex is well maintained.”

“The community has been great. Though the surrounding area is fairly safe, living at Meridian relieves any tension around car break-ins, building intruders, and package theft. I couldn't recommend this place enough for peace of mind”

“We love living at Meridian Apartments in Mar Vista. Chanel, our building manager, was really the reason I wanted to sign the lease in the first place. She's been so helpful, kind and made the process of moving cross country so easy. The whole staff keeps our building looking beautiful and well-maintained, and are all so friendly. We really appreciate the care they put into the place we live. The apartment itself is great, and we plan to be here for some time.”

“Overall this is a very clean and nice community. The residents are respectful and the building manager and maintenance staff are excellent. I have lived in this building for 17 years (in a one-bedroom and now in a two-bedroom) and have never had any serious issues.”

“My experience here has been really great. If there happen to be any issues here, we get help right away and if something can't be fixed the same day, management keeps us updated on how long it will take. The community and the apartment itself feels very safe and the walkability to coffee shops, parks, stores, restaurants, etc, is really great.”

“It's been a good experience so far. Only thing to complain about would be the internet but Spectrum as a company just sucks. Laundry room is small and more expensive than I would like. Parking space is tight and the remote to open the garage is kind of finicky. Overall, not bad since I got the place on a special for the rent. Just a few annoyances here and there.”

“Meridian is a great place to live! Amazing management, great amenities, comfortable apartments. When we submitted an application we couldn't afford the rent, but the management was willing to give us a 1 year monthly discount, which was incredibly helpful!”

“I love it and the people are very friendly. I really in love with my new home and the represent from my apartment she is amazing . I can't explain how wonderful and my community is very quiet , like how I was expect .”

“The apartment complex is generally clean and the neighbors are courteous. Chanel is a fantastic building manager and is so prompt with her responses. This complex is near the freeway and you can hear traffic which I didn't notice when I visited. Isn't too bothersome if the windows are closed.”

“AMAZING! Love it here! Staff is helpful, friendly, prompt, courteous and well equipped to service us tenants. I appreciate all the ways in which they have helped my husband and I be comfortable living in this community and in our apartment. Truly great team!”

“Meridian has been such a wonderful community. I've lived in 4 different west LA communities and this one by far is the most well kept with an amazing property manager who gets requests done immediately. The neighbors are nice and the amenities (pool, grill, jacuzzi) are all wonderful and most importantly clean! I love living here!”

“By far and way the best apartment building in LA and not because of the building but because of the passionate people who work tirelessly to make the residents stay pleasurable. Chanel is an absolute treasure and the heart and soul of this fantastic apartment complex, I hope her superiors know just how good she is. I would recommend living here to anyone.”

“Very good apartment. Nicely maintained, friendly staff. Highly recommend. Very spacious apartment units. Newly renovated units have hardwood floors and nicer kitchen. Rent rate is about average in the area.”

“Ive had a great experience so far living here. The staff is extremely friendly. And the grounds are always kept extremely clean. The engineers are very responsive and fix things as soon as possible. I would for sure recommend to friends this apartment complex.”

“This is my first time writing a review. Me and my roommate enjoyed living there, nice area, warm building, excellent access to UCLA and all the local malls. Management on site is always open to my maintenance requests and the maintenance staff was very professional. They did change their maintenance man but the new guy is ok but I liked leroy did a fairly good job of keeping me happy. Never had anything packages stolen here unlike the other place where I live. Building was always kept clean and I rarely heard any noise from other tenants. All in all, a GREAT experience, I would have stayed longer but I've graduated and am moving to downtown. Thanks guys for the great 1 years at the Meridian!”

“I've been here and almost 3 years now and has been a very pleasant experience. The grounds are well kept and clean. I was worried that being so close to the pool area that I would hear a lot of noise but it is pretty mellow even on the summer weekends. Whenever there is need for a repair it's often done asap..sometimes within an hour.”

“Meridian has been a great place to live these last five years. The residents are friendly and the staff is awesome! My favorite area in the complex is the pool area! It's usually not too crowded and can be quiet, and the pool and hot tub are kept clean.”
