“Eric Gage 1 review in the last week If you like hearing the cheaply outsourced grounds keeping service blasting leaf blowers waking you up at 7am on Saturday morning this is for. As an added FREE bonus you even get to hear leaf blowers on Friday morning at 7am. And then every random Sunday too. Cause who likes peace and quiet? No one am I right? You get to spend your hard earned weekend waking up to the sound of leaf blowers. As a free gift you can watch the groundskeepimg pretend to work and blow a single leaf over and over again guaranteed to wake up you're entire family. Why do we like waking up residents on weekdays and WEEKENDS here at Autumn Point Condimiums with leaf blowers? Cause f#<€ you that's why. Along with the car breakins happening regularly now it's a dandy place. Don't live here.”
— 2345 HIGHBURY AVE · LOS ANGELES“I STRONGLY recommend not renting here. The price keeps going up, and things keep getting worse. They stopped having any compassion whatsoever for the rent being even a day late, which kind of screws people living month to month and getting paid laid due to bank holidays. They towed both my roommate's cars, and booted one of them, as well as about 30 other cars in the complex when they were restriping the parking lot. Their only warning was in the monthly newsletter, so imagine how many people missed that and how many thousands of dollars they cost their residents that day. There are idiotically placed bushes throughout the parking lot, and since the spaces are so tight, you can't get out of your car without scratching your door. The residents are unfriendly and give you nasty looks for driving over 5 mph in the parking lot, and our apartment has been vandalized several times, and there are no cameras to prevent that. The topping on the cake? We signed our lease at the end of June last year. This year, we're not renewing because we're fed up, but guess what? They JUST told us YESTERDAY that our lease is up in TWO WEEKS, because they documented the dates wrong. These people have absolutely no compassion, and no justification for raising the rent every year, yet making things worse for EVERYONE. Trust me, this place is not worth the ever-rising prices, or the hassle they will inevitably give you.”
