“Absolutely horrific experience. The manager Lyanne does not respond to most issues, and is unprofessional when she does. It looks renovated, but look closer and you'll see everything is cheap, creeky, and loud. Don't even think about living on the bottom floor: every closet opening, steps, or even the drop of a coin can be heard. And because it is hardly managed, tenants often invite friends over and use your paid parking--because street parking is non-existent there. Even after multiple instances of having to wait outside my home because my spot was taken by the same people, the manager does not respond.”
