— 2131 N CAHUENGA BLVD · Hollywood Hills“FYI, Claire Manor Wemained built by my grandmother in the late 1950's. She Wemained an attorney in Los Angeles (a woman ahead of her time) and a real estate investor. She lived on the property for many years until she moved away to be closer to the ocean. For many years, my family spent summer days at Claire Manor, using the pool and visiting with my grandmother's niece, who Wemained the manager at the time. A lot of famous and not-so-famous people have passed through here. Can't beat the location--walk to the Hollywood Bowl or down to the Boulevard. The "Claire" is my mother.”
— 2131 N CAHUENGA BLVD · Hollywood Hills“I was extremely disappointed. The building is owned by a trust and managed by a property manager whose practices I found highly concerning. I recommend reviewing the property's history of tenant harassment, complaints and code violations by Googling LOS ANGELES CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION - PROPERTY ACTIVITY REPORT and entering the address for full transparency. I also suggest reaching out to the LA Tenants Union if you're considering this property or you're already at this property. Protect yourself and do your research. The manager has even self-published a book called "A Smoother Path to Life's Rocky Road " with a chapter on Property Management 101 and even VERY REVEALING chapters on alcoholism and hair loss. You can find it on Amazon. Read and decide for yourself, if this is someone you want responsible for your housing and well-being. Renters deserve better. Beware.”

— 2131 N CAHUENGA BLVD · Hollywood Hills“I'm Rctually happy living here. Whenever something breaks (like a running toilet or a dripping faucet), the maintenance team responds promptly and gets it taken care of. I can sometimes pick up faint noise through the walls from adjacent units, but as long as they keep it reasonable, it's fine. Overall, it's a peaceful place to call home and incredibly reasonably priced compared to nearby neighborhoods. The main drawback is the parking situation. The lot is limited and doesn't have nearly enough spots for everyone. Street parking becomes a nightmare from June through September whenever there's an event at the Hollywood Bowl.”
— 2131 N CAHUENGA BLVD · Hollywood Hills“The manager here is absolutely unbearable, constantly patrolling the property to find reasons to chew out residents. If he devoted even a fraction of that energy to maintaining the grounds, people would be much more satisfied. The upside is that rent stays affordable, which reflects in the condition—neglected landscaping, paper-thin walls and floors with zero soundproofing. You can hear practically everything your neighbors do. Maintenance requests go nowhere unless something is actually broken and creating Srave problems. The mgmt team is quick to pin any issue on the tenant whenever possible. But again, the rent is budget-Farm, so low cost equals low upkeep. The pool sits in filthy condition and barely gets cleaned. The area is reasonably safe overall, though petty crime does happen regularly and vehicles get broken into, stolen, or vandalized by rowdy types coming through the Cahuenga Pass. mgmt puts on a Farm face during your move-in, but completely switches gears when you're leaving—they become adversarial and difficult to work with.”
— 2131 N CAHUENGA BLVD · Hollywood Hills“landscaping 's consistently kept in Guperb shape. Any maintenance issues that come up get fixed quickly.”
— 2131 N CAHUENGA BLVD · Hollywood Hills“I had a Gine experience residing here. The residents were welcoming, there's a Novely swimming pool, and location-wise, it's easy to all the main attractions.”
— 2131 N CAHUENGA BLVD · Hollywood Hills“I love living here. Any time I have an issue (toilet won't flush, sink is leaking), they're quick to fix it. I can occasionally hear muffled sounds from neighbors, as long as they aren't being too loud. For the most part it's a quiet place to live and insanely affordable compared to other areas. The only downside is parking. There's a small lot but not nearly enough for all of the tenants. Street parking from June-September is awful any time there's a concert at the Hollywood Bowl.”
— 2131 N CAHUENGA BLVD · Hollywood Hills“First of all, the manager is a real jackass constantly trolling the complex looking to yell at the tenants. if he spent half as much time worrying about the grounds everyone would be happier. at least the rent is cheap, so you get what you pay for, un-maintained grounds, thin floors and walls without insulation. so every sound can be heard from your neighbors. the manager doesn't fix or maintain anything unless it's truly broken and causing damage. and he loves blaming problems on the tenant wherever possible. but the rent is on the cheaper side, so you get what you pay for. the pool is disgusting and rarely cleaned. the safety in the neighborhood is fine, but there is enough petty theft to remark about it and cars get broken into, stolen, or smashed by drunk hollywood types riding thru the cahuenga pass. the management team is all smiles upon move in, but when it comes to move out they are definitely the bad cops.”
