“There are better cheaper people to rent from in the area. Here there are mice, bedbugs and the building always reeks - the roof leaks so severely that mushrooms started to grow in the walls. Building management is non responsive to issues, sometimes major. They shut your water off without notice and sometimes the power goes out a dozen times in a single day. Homeless people sleep on the roof or in the basement and destroy the laundry machines taking them out of service for everyone in the building and even when they are "in service" often only one dryer will be functioning for 40 units and 100+ people living there. The building manager has her own private washer and dryer and uses other tenants' parking spots for guests. The gate to the parking area is left open unless the building manager's cars are parked so tenant cars are broken into frequently. When I finally moved out they dodged my calls and emails about my security deposit for months until I showed up in person and threatened to sue, and proceeded to give me most of my deposit back, but to add insult to injury they would charge me $1.10 for things like lightbulbs. This is a slum run by a woman who actively hates her tenants.”

“this place is really nasty and the management is totally a disaster. They can't even resolve simple problems like fixing my bathroom or noise from neighbors upstairs when they are having sex or listen to the music louder; also, they are bunch of bedbugs and cockroaches and they ---- in everywhere... STAY AWAY because even if the rent sound cheaper they won't resolve anything. you won't enjoy your staying.”
