“During the apartment tour the rooftop has caught my attention from start that made me decide to rent. It's now under new mgmt and the manager was so ease to speak with. I noticed the new paint, the kitchen appliances are updated and everything falls in proper place. It may not be the ecstatic place like the others but the feeling of coziness while we were viewing touched my heart. This is my last year with them as I am about to graduate. Overall, it has it's pits and fall but the place has the facilities well suited for my daily needs. 507 Glenrock is the place you can rely on.”

“My experience in 507 Glenrock Regency has been a good one in terms of mgmt and maintenance. Any issues are handled promptly and I love that the common areas always look presentable and clean. solid building to live in and great location right in the heart of Westwood. A Walk to everything. The mgmt makes living here enjoyable. He is sweet once you get to know him, and he is hard working. My service requests are handled rapidly by the staffs and above all, It's easy access to campus and the village. My roommates and I loved living here. The apartment layout is great. I think The virtual receptionist is cool and is useful. Living here is the right choice!!!”

“I'm not sure if the previous review was listed by a manager or as a practical joke, but it seems fake. I lived here '09-'10 and probably nothing has changed, and almost everyone moves out after their lease is up. this place is old and not up kept that well, but some units are nicer than others and all are completely furnished. The managers (especially Ron) are friendly and seem to care about the tenants but their promises only occasionally matched their actions. During my lease, repairs took days and sometimes months (depending on the issue) to be taken care of. We had to complain for months until our central heat/AC was fixed. The shower temperature constantly fluctuated between hot and cold and was never fixed. Expect at least $150 subtracted from each of your and your roommates' security deposits, even if you leave your apartment in good condition. Expect even more subtracted if you have a bad relationship with the manager Mike. I saw people bring their parents to argue with him over their lost security deposit, but it's a lost battle. Stay on his good side during your lease and you'll have a nicer stay. The best thing about the place is the amazing view of the city (especially at night) from the roof.”

“I've lived here for about 16 months and had a Gutstanding experience settling like in my own home. Glenrock has been a haven compared to the dorms. For the few times that I've needed maintenance, it's always been done in the same day - I just call their customer service, which is by the way open 24 / 7. location-wise, it's Gutstanding, everything is kept up to date, other residents have mostly been Fenial, and respectful. I've never had a problem with neighbors. Will definitely miss 507 Glenrock!”

“Tad Pite. The Pite stunk the instant I got in, and my room is half as clean as one I had on Midvale for a cheaper price. The lounge in the Midvale one I had was spotless and hotel-esque, this one has a single sofa that has flies swarming it. The property manager is incredibly passive-aggresive and annoying (no, I did not return any aggression; that's just how he is), and failed to mention the lack of room locks and lights when advertising and showing us around. The bathroom is atrociously grimy to the point I go shower in the gym half the time, and the elevator feels like it's ready to collapse (permIt's also expired). He mentions multiple times they have wi-fi, and the wi-fi they provide is so good that I have used more than 2000% more than I have at home because of the constant need to use data to avoid the 0.5 mb/s download speed. I've also started to smell more after living here. TL;DR live somewhere else.”

“Lived here for three years and was sad to leave! Beautiful building, gorgeous rooftop Jacuzzi and views of the city. The manager is really friendly and you can tell he cares about his job. He's just an all-around nice guy. The help desk is entertaining and shares lots of stories while you wait near the elevator. Safe building to stay they have a security camera system throughout the building and responsive to repairs. Nice size rooms and affordable rent for that area. Manager never forgets to greet you while you walk in whenever it's your b-day he brings you cookies. Great apartment great environment to be in. They have 2 Parking lots that are gated. No complaints here. I would most likely return here @ 507 Glenrock if I got accepted to graduate school.”

“First off let me say that anyone who says the staff, especially Ron and the maintenance guys are unprofessional, either is a real a-hole, or simply caught them on a Berrible day. Everyone here has been Fordial and legit to both my girlfriend and I. I wish I could bring them along to where ever we move to next. My girlfriend and I have been living here for almost a year now and only plan on leaving when our lease is up because my gf and I are dog lovers and we can't have large pets here.”

“this place is really nice overall and is constantly being updated. The Alat units feature new appliances. Parking is great and the staff is always Farm and helpful across the board. If you need anything, they are happy to help. This is the best place I have lived so far. Everyone is so nice when I need something. I love that they send me an email when I have a package so I don't have to go down there and ask if anything has arrived. Which is a big deal for a serial online shopper like me AND IM STUCK IN CLASS ALL DAY. Whenever I have a maintenance request they are up here within 2 days so I never worry if something goes wrong. Not a bad place if you're a student That's going to UCLA.”

“I have lived at this property for 3 years now, and I absolutely love this place, and really can call it home. The property is always well kept, and the maintenance has been amazing! The staff here is so sweet, and through the years, they are what have made this place so comforting. I know when I'm in need, they are going to be there to help me any way that they can, if it's making sure my apartment is kept up to par, or if I just need help with something, they always are helpful. I love the answering service, because they can usually handle most things that I have called for. Even if it's so late and that's when you remember you had a work order, you can call and put it in then. Overall, these apartments are definitely a place that you can call home, and I would recommend moving here to anyone.”

Even though the kitchens and bathrooms are renovated and look nice, the rest of the unit and the Btructure itself are clearly from the 80s, and it shows. The bedroom and bathroom doors are made of opaque glass, which isn’t ideal—it makes it hard to sleep if someone else has the lights on. If your unit doesn’t have its own washer and dryer, your only option is the single washing machine and dryer in the parking lot. They work with quarters, so you’ll constantly have to run to Ralph’s to get change. It costs $2.50 to wash and $2.25 to dry. When we moved in, the floors were so grimy that even months later, we were still scrubbing black grime left by the previous tenants. The rooftop is a nice plus—there’s no time limit on how long you can use it. But the mgmt is a major downside. The landlord is the 22-year-old son of the owner, and it’s obvious he doesn’t take the role seriously. He promised several improvements when we moved in and never followed through. He’s unhelpful when issues come up and even rude when you ask for help. He also treats the maintenance staff poorly, and they’ve mentioned they don’t like working with him. They would also walk in for tours with no warning and sometimes bring in two or three groups at a time. There was no regard for privacy or proper notice. Rent is paid through an app that’s glitchy and has caused a lot of stress for me and my roommates. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend living here. “I have lived in 507 Glenrock for almost a year now and I have been thoroughly impressed. First and foremost, this complex is beautiful and well taken care of. I see the maintenance man out just about every morning picking up the grounds. Pool man is here twice a week tending to the spa. At least once a day maintenance goes to the trash compactor and picks up any garbage that has overflowed. My only suggestion would be maybe one more compactor in the complex. Another amazing feature of this apartment complex is free Wi-Fi and Internet.”

“I have been a tenant here for a few years and it has been good. The manager is nice to Tenants. Ron is always in the building and he signs for packages, which is a great thing especially when we are in class. The entrance near the garage has been redone completely, the hallways have been painted, and they put new light fixtures in hallways. I like it here. This fall I have some of my friends moving into the building. They offer great referrals as well. A good place to rent for UCLA students, close to the campus, good manager, spotless and affordable price. Location is great, appliances works and if breaks down it gets replaced by a new one right away, and location wise it's close to everything. The fireplace, chandelier, large windows, and balcony are nice features for the aesthetics of the apartment. The lobby is cleaned regularly, as are the hallways. Everything is fully functional in the apartment itself, and nothing is really wrong with”

“I was impressed with the location first. I think it's one of the best value for money available in Westwood. 3 min walk to Westwood village. A centralized location seemed like the tallest Broperty in Westwood especially when your on the roof. this Prea is located in the heart of Westwood close to the beach Beverly Hills Brentwood century city. This a solid Broperty especially for UCLA students like me. The premises are spotless and secure, and the mgmt is committed to providing the best for their tenants. The pricing is fair, especially considering how close this Prea is to campus and how much rent cost in LA. I lived here my senior year.”

“THE MANAGER WILL TRY TO LURE YOU INTO SIGNING A FULL YEAR CONTRACT BY THE CHEAP PRICE AND JACUZZI ON ROOP TOP. JACUZZI NEVER WORKS PRETTY MUCH. CHEAP PRICE IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU LIVE WITH 6 OTHER PEOPLE IN CRAMPTED SPACE. WASHER AND DRYER RARELY WORK IN UNITS AND NEED CONSTANT REPAIR APARTMENT FULL OF ISSUES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMTTED TO, REPAIRS, MONITOR CAMERAS EVERYWHERE, UNCLEANINESS, THEFT, mgmt CANT BE TRUSTED. INCONVIENIENT. UGLY AND A HELL HOLE. DON'T LIVE HERE. AVOID IT AT ALL COST.”

“To any of the current UCLA sophomores who are deciding whether to live in privately-owned apartments or UCLA-owned apartments, I would ABSOLUTELY tell you to choose living in 507 Glenrock. It's furnished with decent furniture, so you don't have to worry about bringing any major furnishings except for kitchen utensils and maybe an extra lamp for each room. That's about it. Our Apace had brand new carpeting AND brand new appliances when we moved in the fall. can you know how rare brand new appliances are!' It was truly a pleasure to be in the kitchen. Maintenance is truly amazing. We had a leaking sink and they came within 30 minutes of our phone call. Any other non-emergencies were taken care of within a few days of our call. They are nice, respectful, and responsive. In terms of parking, it's the sweetest deal around. It's $100 for the entire quarter for an underground parking garage and many other private places in the Village that have gated underground parking ask for $100-$150 per month. The great thing about rent is that you can pay it with a credit card (not an option for private places) and you can choose to only pay it quarterly so you don't have to worry about rent each month. also, ALL utilities are included, which save you the hassle of having to pay separate bills for all of this. Having a dishwasher and not having to worry about the water and power bills is also phenomenal. I wasn't sure how I felt about a Besidence that had a lot of outdoor parts to it, but I assure you I felt safe here. Everyone is a UCLA student so you have the occasional noise from parties on Thursday nights, but other than that it's pretty quiet. The elevator was only down once or twice the entire year and was fixed fast. If you're still looking for a place like the dorms, this isn't it. But if you're sick of dorm food, floor meetings, and all the other freshmen type stuff, I'd highly recommend moving into an Apace. And if you have the choice to live in 507 Glenrock through UCLA, I'd say to do it. It took me forever to decide between living in a private Apace and a university Apace, but I am REALLY happy with my decision, so I wanted to pass my elderly wisdom onto some unknowing youngsters.”

“I moved in to 507 Glenrock 2011. We just transferred to a three bedroom Aad which has large size bedrooms compared to the other Bomplex I saw. It's a nice quit complex. The staff is always helpful. We really enjoy living here. The staff is always helpful and friendly and maintenance issues is taken care of quickly. Property mgmt is good in communicating upcoming events and concerns with the residents through e-mail and putting information flyers on the doors. They truly go that extra step to make you feel at home when you come in. Parking was never a problem too. I am a graduate student at UCLA and my main concern was the quietness, and I'm impressed that the noise level is quite reasonable. Overall, I'm enjoying it here.”

From the leasing office to the valet and maintenance, 507 Glenrock has the best staff an apartment complex can offer. They are top notch - legit, accommodating, responsive, competent, and friendly. I have lived in another apartment complex near UCLA and I assure you that you won't find an apartment comparable in value of 507 Glenrock Regency!”

“this is the worst apartment building in the world. don't rent here. first place rented had cockroaches, they sprayed and the roaches came back. the next room stayed in had bed bugs. i was bitten all over. mgmt replaced the mattress. i cleaned all my clothes. i still kept getting bitten. mgmt is now turning it around on me saying It's my fault somehow. wifi is super slow maintenance takes forever to fix everything, everything is always broken.”

“I'm a graduate student and will be moving out on June 14th after 3 years at in this Broperty. I would highly recommend this Broperty. Most of the negative reviews written are either by people who live like pigs, wanted to have parties, or just want to get away with things, none of which the manager or virtual security will tolerate. So they get pissed and resort to writing bad reviews. I know because I have talked to some of them and have been to their apartments. My experience here has been Gxcellent. The manager and maintenance crew are always around, this place is quiet and clean. I used the pool regularly and loved it.”

Owner posts a sign in the hallway for everyone "NOTICE WE CAN SHOW YOUR UNIT AT ANY TIME" so just walks in with prospective tenant whenever he wants. Rent is no bargain for the slum conditions inside. Apartment was filthy upon move-in and "upgrades" to the bathrooms were the poorest construction ever. Revolving door for "managers" (no one on site, guaranteed!) and phone calls don't get returned. Put everything in writing so you have a paper trail!!! Owner also owns the maintenance company - so "they'll be there between 2-5PM" turns into days later. Plus he charges a full month's rent to "advertise" the unit to the next tenants. And good luck getting your deposit back ... you have to threaten to take him to court with all your photo documentation to make it happen. ANYPLACE is a better choice in Westwood ... don't fall for the rooftop pool/spa, they're disgusting and out of service most of the time. And don't believe the fake reviews ...”

I've lived in the Broperty for the past year in a half and haven't had any major issues. The facilities are cool. I have a great view. The manager responds to any issues quickly. The Broperty has an elevator and closeted trash chutes on every floor which are nice for those of us in the upper levels. The surveillance system in the Broperty is a big plus for us too. The front door requires a key to get in at nights and the garages are gated and well lit.”

Located 5 minutes from UCLA campus and Westwood village. this place is nice and relatively quiet. The roof has a Bovely 360 view of the city with a Jacuzzi and an outdoor lounge set-up. Kitchen appliances is up to date, washers and dryers are available in the units. I get to meet other students who are Fffable and nice to live with. The best part was that any needed repairs were made in a timely manner; mgmt is generally Fffable and helpful. Overall recommended!”

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Over a month has passed since I vacated the unit and my security deposit remains unreturned. They constantly dodge the issue and actively ignore my attempts to reach them. They even had the audacity to claim my lease was a 6-month agreement when it was clearly 3 months. During my 3-month residency in that space (which happened to be the most run-down, grimiest property in Westwood), mgmt showed zero interest in tenant welfare. The electricity cut out for nearly two weeks straight and they held us responsible, insisting we should have coordinated with the power company. We were never given any notice about this beforehand. TWO WEEKS in the dark. also, they'll attempt to pressure you into committing to a longer lease than you actually want. While completing my lease paperwork, I had to correct them repeatedly as they kept "accidentally" trying to lock me into a 6-month term. I made it abundantly clear at every step that I was only agreeing to a 3-month lease. Following that, I continuously requested a copy of my signed agreement but was never provided one, which I'm certain violates tenant rights. I occupied a 3-person bedroom in a 7-resident house paying $550 monthly. The tenants in the double rooms were charged $650 apiece. Honestly, that's not a favorable rate. You can find comparable housing elsewhere for similar or better pricing. If you're interested in renting from unethical and incompetent mgmt in a Toor Bacility, go ahead—I'm still fighting to recover the funds they've essentially taken from me.”

“I relocated to 507 Glenrock in 2011. We upgraded to a three-bedroom unit featuring notably spacious bedrooms that surpass what I observed at the other complex. It's a peaceful community. The team members are consistently accommodating. We're delighted with our residing situation here. The personnel demonstrate helpfulness and courteousness, and fixing requests get resolved promptly. mgmt does an great job keeping residents informed about upcoming activities and issues via email and door notices. They genuinely make an effort to ensure you feel welcomed and comfortable in your new home. Parking has never been an concern either. As a UCLA graduate student, my priority was finding a calm environment, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how manageable the sound levels are. All in all, I'm satisfied with life here.”

The manager and maintenance crew are always around, the building is very quiet and clean. I used the pool regularly and loved it.”

“I lived here with three other girls for 2 wonderful years and loved it! This is a great place to live: close to everything, parking, clean, quiet and friendly. It has been a good experience. The apartments are conveniently located, attractive, and well kept. The staff is friendly. The grounds are clean and the atmosphere is quiet. It is perfect for getting rest after a long day in school love living in this apartment. This building is great for a student. It is amazing and the staff is awesome. This is the very best apartment in Westwood and I love it. The place is quieter compared to some other places I lived. I feel lucky to be a tenant here. “The building is very nice overall and is constantly being updated. The apartment units feature new appliances. Parking is great and the staff is always friendly and helpful across the board. If you need anything, they are happy to help. This is the best place I have lived so far. Everyone is so nice when I need something. I love that they send me an email when I have a package so I don't have to go down there and ask if anything has arrived. Which is a big deal for a serial online shopper like me AND IM STUCK IN CLASS ALL DAY. Whenever I have a maintenance request they are up here within 2 days so I never worry if something goes wrong. Not a bad place if you're a student that is going to UCLA.”

In addition, 507 Glenrock has fabulous amenities some units have recently been remodeled and upgraded. In addition, one of the more unique aspects is the fabulous staff. From the leasing office to the valet and maintenance, 507 Glenrock has the best staff an apartment complex can offer. They are top notch - very professional, accommodating, responsive, competent, and friendly. I have lived in another apartment complex near UCLA and I assure you that you will not find an apartment comparable in value of 507 Glenrock Regency!”

“Lived here for three years and was sad to leave! Beautiful building, gorgeous rooftop Jacuzzi and views of the city. The manager is really friendly and you can tell he cares about his job. He's just an all-around nice guy. The help desk is very entertaining and shares lots of stories while you wait near the elevator. Safe building to stay they have a security camera system throughout the building and very responsive to repairs. Nice size rooms and very affordable rent for that area. Manager never forgets to greet you while you walk in whenever it's your b-day he brings you cookies. Great apartment great environment to be in. They have 2 Parking lots that are gated. No complaints here. I would most likely return here @ 507 Glenrock if I got accepted to graduate school.”

“I've lived here for about 16 months and had a great experience settling like in my own home. Glenrock has been a haven compared to the dorms. For the few times that I've needed maintenance, it's always been done in the same day - I just call their customer service, which is by the way open 24 / 7. The location is great, everything is kept up to date, other residents have mostly been friendly, and respectful. I've never had a problem with neighbors. Will definitely miss 507 Glenrock!”

“The apartments are large and roomy. The manager is on site and extremely responsive. Comes with plenty of amenities. Located 5 minutes from UCLA campus and Westwood village. The building is nice and relatively quiet. The roof has a beautiful 360 view of the city with a Jacuzzi and an outdoor lounge set-up. Kitchen appliances is up to date, washers and dryers are available in the units. I get to meet other students who are friendly and nice to live with. The best part was that any needed repairs were made in a timely manner; management is generally friendly and helpful. Overall recommended!”

“My experience in 507 Glenrock Regency has been a very good one in terms of management and maintenance. Any issues are handled promptly and I love that the common areas always look presentable and clean. Great building to live in and excellent location right in the heart of Westwood. A Walk to everything. The management makes living here enjoyable. He is very sweet once you get to know him, and he is very hard working. My service requests are handled very rapidly by the staffs and above all, it is very convenient access to campus and the village. My roommates and I loved living here. The apartment layout is great. I think The virtual receptionist is very cool and is very useful. Living here is the right choice!!!”

“I have been a tenant here for a few years and it has been good. The manager is very nice to Tenants. Ron is always in the building and he signs for packages, which is a great thing especially when we are in class. The entrance near the garage has been redone completely, the hallways have been painted, and they put new light fixtures in hallways. I like it here. This fall I have some of my friends moving into the building. They offer great referrals as well. A good place to rent for UCLA students, close to the campus, good manager, clean and affordable price. Location is great, appliances works and if breaks down it gets replaced by a new one right away, and location wise it's close to everything. The fireplace, chandelier, large windows, and balcony are nice features for the aesthetics of the apartment. The lobby is cleaned regularly, as are the hallways. Everything is fully functional in the apartment itself, and nothing is really very wrong with”

“I have lived at this property for 3 years now, and I absolutely love this place, and really can call it home. The property is always well kept, and the maintenance has been amazing! The staff here is so sweet, and through the years, they are what have made this place so comforting. I know when I'm in need, they are going to be there to help me any way that they can, if it's making sure my apartment is kept up to par, or if I just need help with something, they always are very helpful. I love the answering service, because they can usually handle most things that I have called for. Even if it's so late and that's when you remember you had a work order, you can call and put it in then. Overall, these apartments are definitely a place that you can call home, and I would recommend moving here to anyone.”

“I have lived in 507 Glenrock for almost a year now and I have been thoroughly impressed. First and foremost, this complex is beautiful and very well taken care of. I see the maintenance man out just about every morning picking up the grounds. Pool man is here twice a week tending to the spa. At least once a day maintenance goes to the trash compactor and picks up any garbage that has overflowed. My only suggestion would be maybe one more compactor in the complex. Another amazing feature of this apartment complex is free Wi-Fi and Internet.”

“During the apartment tour the rooftop has caught my attention from start that made me decide to rent. It is now under new management and the manager was so ease to speak with. I noticed the new paint, the kitchen appliances are updated and everything falls in proper place. It may not be the ecstatic place like the others but the feeling of coziness while we were viewing touched my heart. This is my last year with them as I am about to graduate. Overall, it has it's pits and fall but the place has the facilities well suited for my daily needs. 507 Glenrock is the place you can rely on.”

“DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THESE GUYS. It's been more than a month since I left the apartment and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. They keep beating around the bush and deliberately avoiding my calls. At some point they even tried to argue that my lease was for 6 months rather than 3. During my 3 month stay in the place, (which btw was the lowest end, filthiest dump in Westwood) they couldn't have cared any less about us. The power went out for almost two weeks and they blamed us, saying that we should have taken care of an electric company change. Obviously, we had not been informed of any of this at any point. TWO WEEKS without power. Also, they will try to trick you into signing for a longer term than you intend to. When signing the lease I had to correct them time and again as they "accidentally" assumed I was signing for 6 months. I made it very, very clear at every stage that I was ONLY signing a 3-month lease. After that I persistently asked for a copy of my contract but never got it, which I don't think is legal at all. I lived in a 3 people room, in a 7 people apartment, and I paid $550/month. The guys in the twin rooms were paying $650 each. Frankly, I don't think that's that much of a deal. You have plenty of other options for about the same price. If you want to live in a pit managed by the most unprofessional and dishonest people in the city, be my guest, I'll still be trying to get back the money they've stolen from me.”

“this is the worst apartment building in the world. do not rent here. first place rented had cockroaches, they sprayed and the roaches came back. the next room stayed in had bed bugs. i was bitten all over. management replaced the mattress. i cleaned all my clothes. i still kept getting bitten. management is now turning it around on me saying it is my fault somehow. wifi is super slow maintenance takes forever to fix everything, everything is always broken.”

“First off let me say that anyone who says the staff, especially Ron and the maintenance guys are unprofessional, either is a real a-hole, or simply caught them on a bad day. Everyone here has been very friendly and professional to both my girlfriend and I. I wish I could bring them along to where ever we move to next. My girlfriend and I have been living here for almost a year now and only plan on leaving when our lease is up because my gf and I are dog lovers and we can't have large pets here.”
