“I lived here for 3 months. I made this just to tell others about these deceitful apartments. A kind human trying to help other humans. These apartments are disgusting! The manager is a con artist and will do anything in his power to keep all or most of your deposit when you move out. He will literally point out invisible or inconsistent "flaws" in the apartment and tell you that you will get "money taken out" of your deposit. These apartments are older than me and they've never been updated. So, there are going to be many "flaws" Plus, roaches are everywhere. The gel they put in your apartment to "keep them away" doesn't even work. Also, if you want to permanently (supposedly) get rid of the roaches, they want you to leave for hours so they can cheaply fumigate your apartment. Completely inconvenient. And not to mention they do not tell you to cover any of your belongings just "get everything out of the cabinets" Ummmm hello, if you fumigate a lived-in home without covering things then that is beyond a bad situation. The manager and his nephew (always wears sandals and lurks around the complex) will fool you into thinking that the apartments are wonderful, when in fact, they are a hell hole! They smell like crap and look like crap. I would advise you to physically look at the apartments before you make a decision. Being in another state or far city can make that difficult for some. They will send you deceiving pictures of the unit that look entirely different in person! The manager tells you that the apartment complex is owned by a "real estate company" yet he will not tell you the name or give a phone number. There is DEFINITELY not a "real estate company" above the manager that runs these apartments. "Mysterious" He is a fraud and should be investigated. He may seem nice but only those small percentage of humans with a genius mind can see through his lies. I called him to ask why he hasn't returned my deposit since it's been longer than 21 days (the legal time allowed in California) and he said, "contact my company, do not contact me again" There isn't a company you thief. I hope that you get rid of all the roaches in your disgusting building with my $1000 security deposit that you so kindly STOLE from me. There are so many roaches here that you'd think they are the ones renting out your apartments.”
