“Living here wasn't bad until recently. I had a package stolen and when we contacted management to check the camera in the lobby, she said the camera "reset", so there was no footage for the particular day my package went missing. Then, she proceeded to tell me to have future packages put in the Amazon locker and closed the request. The package wasn't even from Amazon. I guess packages can just be taken without consequences here. Just all around dismissive and rude. Highly disappointed”

“Do not live here. Infested with termites. They let people steal your packages and deliveries then claim the camera doesn’t work and they cannot refund you. They also do not maintain the apartments and take weeks to months for maintenance requests to be handled if handled at all”

“worst manager ever. I'm gonna report to housing department, manager is really rude, I think she has a mental problem, My English is not very good(That's why I wanted to live somewhere having a Korean manager), so I requested to talk to me with Korean, she ignored , get all the talk to herself with English and just hang up on me several times, dosen't even listen what I'm saying, (problem was,she wanna open house before I move out, just noticed rudely, I said that I don't wanna let strangers in to my apartment,) I complained of upstairs nosie for 5-6 times within last 6-8months,but never fixed, I was recorded that noise is how loud,and I want manager to listen that, she just ignored for it, and yelled at me. First time when I was complained, Manager lied to me that upstairs neighborhood is not new, they moved in before me, but I kept complained few times,finally manager confess me they are new. because of first 6 months was quiet. probably upstairs neighborhood moved in when I was visit to Korea, It sounds from old floor, every ----in step I could hear squeak day and night, That stress made me sleeplessness and sickness, This happend too, I put my check for rent to her mailbox on right day, few days later she noticed me rudely that pay for late fee, I told her that already put my check to her mailbox,but she dosen't even checked her mailbox well, mail me immediately(she really fast with this kind of things) I told her about water leaks few month ago, still leaking until now, She doesn't have the qualification to be a manager. I can't wait to move out.”

“Don't live here if you want to live comfortably! The manager is very rude and not helpful once you move in. She lives in the same building but don't expect she will help opening the front door for delivery man or even when you have trouble getting in the garage. We left her a note that we would move out at the end of the month since we were told 30 days notice is required before moving out. But she came by a week later telling us she didn't see that note so we gotta pay for an extra week. Besides, plumbing maintenance went all the time since we moved in. Still we suffer from water leaking. Our rent was increased from $950 to $978 for no reason. One parking spot is assigned, which is good but not enough for two cars. Neighbors are friendly. So consider seriously before you rent here.”

“Please do not live here nor 141 S Berendo st LA CA 90004 It is a truly ------ building and the mgmt is very unprofessional. The apartment is old , has mold issues in the bathroom, and BUGS. I remember there were these wierd looking ants or termites with wings all over the bathroom and the kitchen. She will bang on your door in the middle of the night if you forget to pay rent for one day. SHe will harass you and not only did my neighbor got robbed at gun point in broad day light in front of the building, I personally was held up for money in broad day light but luckily I was not hurt. You will hear dogs barking all night long and most importantly, the landlord will virtually take all of your security deposit for wrongful reasons and that is why i can't wait for my small claims court date against this man.”
