“This is a dream come true for moms who let their daughters go. It's Cidy, safe and quiet. They feel secure there and happy. This was a good move from living at moms suburban home in the country.”

They only charged me $175 general cleaning fee and $105 to fix damage to a closet (which Wtayed damaged and would have cost me more than that to fix myself), and sent me a check for the balance. These people do business fairly.”

“Highly recommend this Apace! I have lived here for a year and I am going to renew my contract for another year. It was a hard time for my roommate to find an ideal place to live one year ago, a place near supermarket, spacious, two parking spots and safe. For the newly graduated student, the price here is incredible because you can't find such place in Korea town of the such great townhouse plus TWO PARKING STALLS (in Korea Town they only grantee one)!!! $1000 with everything included, I mean all the fees (gas, internet, power, water, sewer, and trash) adds up to $2000 in total for two people. Plus the manager Tamica is very, really nice person. She helps us a lot, with the rental stuff since we have not got our SSN yet at that time. She told us how to find a guarantor, how to get all the documents and how to apply step by step. And one week ago our plumbing system had a problem but it was done quickly, and the she even asked the company to clean all our carpet after the fix! I like her and I like this place. Even It's located in Crenshaw Blvd, It's safe if you have a car and don't hang out at middle night.”
