“Thin floors/ceilings, thin walls. Lots and lots of Noise from Arena and Circus Nightclubs. Lots of car break -ins in the garage.Very thin walls. They tried to improve by putting wood floors in all the units but the floors/ceilings are so thin you hear every step your upstairs neighbor makes. The only good thing is that the apartment manager is nice and tries to be helpful, but the actual management company seems greedy and uncaring.”

“You get a big apartment for the money but the building doesn't offer much. This building is made or broke by who your neighbors are and where your unit is. Night club just south of the building makes a lot of loud noise and bass at night if your facing that side. Management is weak overall. Area just to south is really shady. With all that said they have apartments with views of the Hollywood sign and city for cheap so if your really on a budget you can sacrifice some of the other things for a better place. I would only suggest doing short term leases in case your neighbors are a pain.”

“DON'T DO IT!!! Keep your money! You're better off living on the street like a homeless person than living here. Complete dump on all levels.<br><br>You've been warned.”

“The cool floor plans and location were the draw for this complex, but the building was poorly maintained (Dogs and cats taking dumps or urinating in hallway). The tenants would drag their trash to the trash chute, leaving a trail of garbage juice behind. Management was unresponsive to requests and/or complaints regarding noise or maintenance concerns. The walls must be thin, because noise really travels, and this complex was pretty lively. We also had mice (our apartment was CLEAN). My husband's car was broken into in the secure parking garage and all his tools and garage door opener were stolen.”

“I moved into this building for convenience and for great floorplans but the management company has let this place go to hell. They rarely make repairs and when they do the work is shoddy at best. Viewing pictures of this building you´d think it was in a 3rd world country. Interestingly though, the rents keep going up and are on par with well maintained buildings in the neighborhood.”
