The quality of their service and attention to our home needs surpasses our expectations. As we build our future and family, living here has been and continues to be nothing less than wonderful! Thank you for taking care of us and making it so that we can focus on our lives instead of our home. Example of outstanding service: I was recently home alone 8 months pregnant and with a toddler. I accidentally broke our shower glass door. Thank god they choose a safe tempered glass that didn't injure me but it shattered all over. Called the office not expecting anything but to have them replace the door. They told me to leave it and they would take care of it. They cleaned up the glass, got a replacement door within hours of my call. After the installation, Abel once again cleaned but this time on hands and knees (the angel of man)wiped our bathroom floor assuring nothing was missed. All so that I could focus on my son.”
“The apartment grounds, layout and location are good however; I've had bugs in my apartment for months and the building has not been able to get rid of then or solve the problem. Also, my neighbors who live above me constantly pound and bang on the floors (my ceiling) all morning, afternoon, & evening. It's awful and drives me crazy. Even with many complaints; it's never stopped.”

But it was poorly built, such that I can hear the footsteps of my neighbor upstairs. When he/she has the music on, there are parts of my place that vibrates. This is a typical apartment crowd. I often see items by the trash chute. Someone apparently thought it was too inconvenient to take to the large bins downstairs. The building is located immediately adjacent to the 405 and I didn't realize how noisy it would be to live here. In defense, there are a lot of retail/restaurants within a stone throw. It's a good location, but not a great building.”
