“The sound proofing in this building is so shoddy you can hear literally everything your neighbor is doing: walking, flushing the toilet, talking, music, television. The landlord is friendly, efficient, and caring at getting things resolved when something needs to be fixed. There is a wait list for only 6 assigned parking spaces (which seems to be about a 2-3 year wait or whoever moves out first) and parking on the street is very limited. At times parking can be difficult. Location is great as you can walk everywhere and everything is located on Vermont Ave/Hilhurst. I do not recommend this apartment due to the noise level. I always hear the blasting of my neighbors music and living above a couple or family can be noisy at all times during the night/morning/day. I understand that noise is a part of apt life, but I have lived in several apts before and the noise from this apartment is the worst! Yes price may be right and location is great, but think twice as to whether this apartment is for you!”
