“Building is fine, taken over by new management company who is good. On site retained from prior management, who have family in different units. While not inherently bad, does cause lot of noise. Also appear to daycare young child who doesn't live in building, makes a lot of noise (scream, jumping) easily heard throughout complex - rude to bring in outside noise source. First floor tenant who makes ton of noise also. If this could be changed, living experience would be A, right now sits at upper levels of B.”
