“I've lived here for a while and the in site manager Mr Ashley is two faced. He smiles but we hear him yelling like a monster in his apartment and he's always complaining about the owners. As a woman I feel unsafe after hearing him assault a woman in his apartment recently. He Airbandbs his place but nobody else is allowed to do so. He is a volatile man who misused his power over the tenants. I will move as soon as I and other tenants alike, find new housing. This place is run down and not safe for women.”

We core tenants are almost like a family and we welcome new tenants if they wish to join us in our partying on the patio (we're talking pretty mild partying). The apartments are above average in size, mostly 1- and 2-bedrooms, but there are a few singles. The landscaping and pool are kept up really nicely, as is the garage. My biggest issue is that I'm on the top floor and there's no insulation in the attic area so the 2nd floor apts do get extra hot in the summer, requiring running the a/c longer; on the other hand, I've been here more than 30 years and never had the heat on. Oh, yeah, and we all wish they'd put at least a 3rd washer/dry set in the laundry room; 2 sets really aren't enough for 35 apartments, but we manage.”

All the neighbors became very sad. The next day the manager rented a cheap moving truck to take all of Mary's stuff away with no protection for her precious stuff. They changed the locks right away, and now their trying to rent her apartment a couple days after she died. Her own niece was not even allowed in the place. To make a long story short. The heartless landlords were trying to make a few extra bucks on the apartment that Mary had lived for so long at a cheaper rate, that they became disgusting pigs with no hearts, and didn't even let the neighbors grieve. The heater was also broken in the apartment which could have lead to her death. Right now it s under investigation. So if you end up moving here, just hope that you won t end up with that apartment, because there is a lot of upset neighbors that will not be friendly with you.”

The building manager, however, does not like complaints and will drag her feet to help you if you do complain about something. We have waited 2 months (and are still waiting) for her to have our A/C fixed.”
