“UPDATE 1/30/2026- I’ve had a very concerning experience with this property’s management. After reporting ongoing sanitation issues (including dog feces affecting my unit) and serious security concerns involving unsecured vacant units that led to a break in/physical assault , I was served a “Notice to Perform Covenantâ€� instead of seeing the issues resolved. These safety concerns followed a break-in / physical assault that escalated due to management’s failure to secure neighboring vacant units. Communication has been frustrating, and it felt like my attempts to address legitimate health and safety issues were met with retaliation rather than accountability. I hope management takes tenant safety and habitability concerns more seriously going forward.”
