“Neighborhood is safe, building is safe,tenants are pleasant.Service is very good. Building manger are pleasant and very helpful.We are very happy in our apartment.Amazon and UPS very good because Dawn keeps Eye on them.”

“These aren't "luxury" units. They're over 30 years old with new paint and cheap flooring. But if you want a freezing cold "heated" pool, a roof that leaks every time it rains, relentless termites, laughable security, and all for MAX rent, this place is for you.”

“WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?? Living here has been a horrible experience. For starters, this apartment is way above market value but one of the reasons I agreed to move in was the pool. They started renovating the pool last summer and said it would be done by EARLY SEPTEMBER. Fast forward it is March 25th and not only is the pool not done but it hasn't been worked on AT ALL in the past 3 months. There's always construction in apartments that is INSANELY loud and wakes you up at 7 AM but nothing happening in the pool area. The inside of the building is SO dirty. Cobwebs in every corner. If you go in one of the stairwells near the front door there is literally pee in four spots. Not sure if it's animal or human but it has been there for at least 3 months and never cleaned. If things ever are cleaned (maybe once every 2 months) there are rags and spray bottles left out for days. The grill area looks nice and then you go to use the grills and SURPRISE they don't work. There are an ample amount of laundry machines but they use SO many more quarters than any other laundry I've seen before and half are out of order every other week. And to top that off, no routine maintenance is done to any apartment. I've lived here for years and other than checking smoke detectors nothing has been changed including air filters, the filters in the fridge, etc. This building really tries so hard to look nice but is SO cheap and you will regret moving here.”

“This is not a true luxury apartment. Very low in maintenance. Do not have tissue paper in the toilet gym, no soap. Elevator if you get lucky does not work and smells and looks bad. The lady in front is very ill mannered, very impolite. does not show respect to tenants. Make a complain or report problems in your unit and she will bark at you. Be ready to pay because they will bill you for it .”
