“In the later 80s this biulding was coverted into large pen space Units. It was origanilly a furniture factory.The whole place has a very good vibe to it. There are 30 year old cactus, and trees within reach of the open air hall ways to each unit. The unit I live in has a nice kitchen and bathroom, The rest of the space is open. The cielings are 11 feet high. ther is adequite air conditioning and heating. There is a fire escape that you can climb out on. Its about 4' by 8' so you can smoke cigs or what ever you choose to do. The only issue I have is the fact that sound travels through the wood beams and the cieling into the upper unit. If I play music at a nice level, my upsairs nieghbors can hear it to. So my solution, biuld an acousticly treated room inside the unit.Now can play and listen to music as loud as I want with out it effecting anyone elses life. there is a swimming pool and hot tub as well.”
