This whole place is a mess. The front desk guy who is an African-American individual is extremely annoying, rude, and disrespectful. He is always bitter and looks unhappy. The people in the management are not helpful and never respond to emails and requests. The maintenance is a joke and never resolve the issues. This place is a total joke.

The location is ideal, but the concierge and member services are appalling. I got bed bugs in my brand new, $5000 bed and they would not reimburse me for damages, and were entirely unsympathetic to the inconvenience.

I was looking at luxury apartments near Beverly Hills (where I work), and came across the Wilshire Margot. I went for a tour with Ria, the manager, and knew this is where I wanted to live! I only checked out a few other buildings, but this was clearly the best choice(in my opinion). The building has a very clean, modern look to it, with very spacious hallways leading to your apartment. The units themselves are very VERY high quality, with great new appliances and very spacious but comfortable floorplans. In the end, I moved in, have been living here for about 2 months now. Everything is great, but the stove is electric, when I would prefer a gas stove for cooking!

I went to look at a 2 Bedroom apartment at the Wilshire Margot and was totally amazed! These apartments really define luxury, one of the most elegant and well designed apartment buildings I have been to in Los Angeles. The location of these luxury apartments is perfect because it is so close to Westwood Village as well as Beverly Hills and Century City. The only downside is that most buildings on the Wilshire corridor have valet, and the Wilshire Margot does not.

I toured the apartment unit about a month ago. Not bad This Los Angeles luxury apartment is like no other! The apartments in Los Angeles are located on the Wilshire Corridor. Inside the architecturally stunning apartment building is a 24 hour concierge, executive gym, sauna, conference room, and rooftop sundeck. The studio apartments, one bedroom apartments, two bedroom apartments, and three bedroom apartments boast exquisite features, like granite counters, Berber carpet, stainless steel appliances, Washer and Dryer, tile flooring, and much more! Nice upgrades and decent sizes I like http://www.wilshiremargot.com

I have been living in the Wilshire Margot located in between Westwood and Beverly Hills since 2008 and I absolutely love it! They staff who work in the lobby are friendly someone is there 24hrs a day, they collect my packages and even dry cleaning! The apartments have all the modern amenities, quiet, near westwood village so i can walk there which especially nice during the summer nights. Just thought after a couple years i should write a little something about a luxury building that truly defines that word.

I have been living here for 3 years now (in a one bedroom and now a 2 bedroom) and don't want to leave! The concierge staff is very friendly and helpful. It is extremely safe, in regards to smoke alarms as well as building security. I love the modern appliances and smartly laid out apartments. The gym is great and the rooftop terrace is lovely, with great views. The neighbourhood is so quiet and serene and I love being able to walk into Westwood village. It is really so easy to get anywhere in LA. The 405 is right here. I used to live in Beverly Hills and moving just 5 minutes away has saved me 20 mins in commuting. The building is always super clean and well maintained. It is worth the rent - hands down!

For over 2 years, I have loved living on the Wilshire Corridor. It's great being close to Beverly Hills, Century City, and UCLA. It was tough finding apartments on Wilshire, since most buildings are condos. When I found the Wilshire Margot, I fell in love with the building--rooftop sundeck, gym, concierge, etc. I felt like I was living in a hotel, which is great since I'm very busy with work in Century City. Usually I don't write reviews, but I felt compelled after my friend told me about apartmentratings.com

I have been living in Wilshire Margot for about 9 months now, and absolutely love it, I have to disagree completely with the previous review written. The management has been extremely helpful to me whenever I have had issues, or complaints. The building is extremely efficiently designed and has a really cool feel to it. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

This is one of the most poorly managed buildings that I have ever lived in. They are a secure building but will let anyone up at anytime. Be careful of the two bedroom apartment's they are really a one bedroom with a study. Frankly they are overpriced for what you can get elsewhere. I would recommend the pallazo or one of the other private condo buildings on the corridor
