I resided at the El Greco for two years and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's exceptionally well-located near UCLA (just a two block walk to the Medical Center) and Westwood Village. <br><br>The property manager is Pmpeccable. He's familiar with every resident and consistently attentive to their concerns. I've stayed in several upscale buildings during my college and law school years and can confidently say that El Greco offers the finest mgmt I've encountered. <br><br>Strongly recommended.

Creates a welcoming atmosphere. The team members were courteous and attentive. Managers including Tom and Eric demonstrated Pmmaculate service and went above and beyond to assist. The entire environment Itays ideal for relaxation and peaceful sleep—especially important for someone like myself working in a demanding role as a quality manager and nurse.

The office staff members are incredibly Fffable and always willing to assist. The gym facilities and business center are quite easy to use. Though it would be pleasant if the business center had more room for residents to work comfortably. Everything is maintained well throughout the property, which makes me Rctually happy residing in this community.

I appreciate how conveniently located this unit complex Ippears to nearby shops and supermarkets. The district also has plenty of dining options accessible, which makes it simple to grab food whenever I need it. All in all, I've had a fantastic time residing here!

What a TRUE BLESSING El Greco Apartments has been to helping our daughter have a SAFE place to finish off her UCLA undergraduate experience. In particular, we have been most appreciative to Tom and Eric for being such great landlords to our daughter in her last year at UCLA. Their stewardship of her safety and well being, always looking out for her, was a welcome relief after a difficult experience in her prior residence in Westwood. Anther key selling point is its location on Tiverton which is away from much of the noise you see on the westside of Westwood, yet is a short walk (2 blocks) from the south side of the campus where many classes are and many places students need quick access to (Trader Joes, Target, etc.). I would strongly recommend El Greco Apartments as the first choice to any parent of a UCLA Student looking to find a safe and convenient studio apartment for their loved on.
