This place is a sh*tshow, no less. There's mold in the ceiling that they refuse to fix. I've had my bathroom "fixed" 33 times for leaks that were never fixed. The maintance there is useless. Everything breaks, pipes, outlets, elevator. They always buy cheap tools and equipment to replace broken appliances. AC is trash and old. Doesn't matter how much you clean it the air always smells. Neighbors most of them are loud and disrespectful of your property. Laundry is super expensive $2.00 to dry $2.00 to wash. You won't get refunded if coins get lost or washer/dryer malfunction. Cleaning lady does literally the bare minimum and the outside and inside look dirty all the time. Property manager changes almost every month. Martha, the last one I dealt with, immature and hard to get a hold of. It's like she's avoiding her job. Lockout fees are ridiculous $70 cash or they won't open the door for you. Fire alarms will always go off at night for no reason other than lack of maintenance. In the years I lived there only twice did they check on my alarms. This place is a sh*thole and I'd rather be homeless than to comeback to this POS of a building and company. There's shattered glass all over the sidewalk of the building. Maintance changes so much, workers don't give a flying f*ck about their jobs. The second time a pipe broke in my apartment it flooded the entire bathroom, manager said it wasn't an emergency and had to wait from 1pm to the next day at noon for maintance to show up. Picture of damage below.

Avoid Hoover Hilltop at all costs. Appliances break every other month. Every week the water needs to be shut off. Every other month all of the fire alarms in the building need to be tested--at the same time. And management is totally in efficient. Also be prepared to pay $60 for keys and remotes that you will need to copy yourself and return when you move out.

Noise Nosie Nosie. You can expect a lot of it. Even after you speak to the onsite manager you can still expect the noise level to continue. There no noise policy at 10pm is ineffective and frankley does not work because tenants will continue on doing as they wish.
