The staff was very helpful throughout the leasing and move-in process. The lease agreement was explained thoroughly. The property manager is responsive to our inquiries via e-mail. Everything was done timely.

The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly as well as the maintenance staff. I can't hear noise from my neighbors next to me but I can hear noise from my neighbors above me. The common areas are beautiful and well maintained especially the serenity garden. I really love it here. The place is very homey and a nice size. It it totally worth me being almost 30 mins from my office or up to an hr during high traffic time.

Generally very good . Quiet,clean, friendly staff,easy application process. But the court yard is too narrow, exhauster mis-installed,smoke goes back to the room which should go out through the pipe.

My wife and I have lived here only 9 months so far, but we truly love it here! Most of all we love the neighborhood. My wife is Chinese, not Korean, but being so close to all of the Korean markets and restaurants has truly been a great plus, compared to living on the Westside where we were before. The neighborhood may appear not so great, but we feel totally safe here. Lots of people, of all ages, walking around the neighborhood, and La Fayette Park Place especially has a very nice and wide sidewalk. We also love the parking garage being indoor, yet with great ventilation, and the convenience of having both stairs and elevator (two even!). Our unit faces 3rd Street, which is quite busy, but it makes for the greatest white noise for sleeping! I'm serious, I have never slept better as we don't have any sort of annoying neighbor noise, it's only the continuous street noise from cars which doesn't bother me a bit! As for the unit itself, it's a very good size for a one bedroom and feels much more homey than your average apartment because of the shape with the kitchen separating the living room from the bedroom. All of the tenants are very friendly and we feel very comfortable here. We, unfortunately, need to relocate soon to Georgia for work, so our unit will be available very soon. We're on the 3rd floor and it's truly the best location as we're right next to the laundry room, which is not only very convenient for doing laundry, but the hallway in our area always smells so nice and fresh ~ which is much better than some of the other parts of the building which don't have such great ventilation in the hallway! First floor is also pretty fresh, but I definitely don't recommend the 2nd floor!

CON: 0% SECURITY, 0% SAFETY NEIGHBOR, ALWAYS OPEN MAIN ENTERANCE EVEN THOUGH IT IS REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM,NO SECURITY CAMERA, CAR BROKEN INTO AT APT GATED PARKING GARAGE, SO MANY SNEAKING CARS IN GATED PARKING GRAGE BECAUSE OF NO VISITOR PARKING SPACES,MAIL BOX BROKEN INTO AND STOREN MAILS FOR LAST WHOLE 2 YEARS, BUT NO FIX OR NO REVISED FROM APT MANAGEMENT,MORE AND MORE BIG CRACK THE HOUSE WALL, CHEAP FIXTURE AND MATERIAL OF BATHROOM SHOWER BOOTH AND TUB(PEELING OFF PAINTING),ONLY TWO SLOW ELEVATORS.
