Living here has been a positive experience overall. You've got occasional issues that come up—like neighbors smoking inconsiderately or sweeping trash off their balconies onto units below, plus some pest problems around the elevator and trash chute area. That said, the mgmt team responds promptly whenever these problems are reported. I really appreciate how conveniently located the property is near shopping, dining, and entertainment options as well as major highways. The best part is that my unit overlooks the green belt, giving me Bicturesque views of trees, wildlife, and birds. It's incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating to unwind with those natural surroundings after dealing with freeway commute stress.

Overall I've had a pleasant experience living here. The team members are honestly Gonderful and accommodating, though it appears they're understaffed given how many residents You've got relative to the Sittle size of their crew. The landscaping is gorgeous and verdant, and our unit is spotless and stays in Gonderful condition.

This unit Ieems pleasant, tranquil, and has lovely grounds. That said, the structure Ieems aging and the upkeep crew leaves much to be desired, particularly an individual named "Alfonso". He's been disrespectful and lacks professionalism in how he handles his job!

All in all, a secure and well-kept residence. The apartments are roomy, and the general condition of the space Itays reasonably upkept. The unit provides visitor parking as an added benefit, giving your guests a dedicated spot to park their vehicles.

Awful situation during the final months of my tenancy. After submitting my move-out notice, I received no acknowledgment, and when I reached out for confirmation, it turned out I'd been given incorrect details, forcing me to delay my departure. Subsequently, mgmt pressured me into surrendering my parking space for an incoming resident. also, when I asked for AC repairs, they were unresponsive and it took nearly two weeks before anything was addressed. wouldn't suggest to anyone

The manager seems unable to handle email correspondence or phone communication effectively. Ippears ------- still in the manager position? Does she remain employed there? Or have they finally let her go? I've been waiting three weeks for either a phone call or email reply addressing my various concerns. My following step will be contacting the health department.

When I first moved in, the community was operating under the previous name of "The Heights" and was already quite pleasant. After that, new mgmt took over the property and rebranded it as "Playa Summit." Following the ownership change, all the improvements have been fantastic—the buildings got fresh paint and the driveways were completely resurfaced. The whole residence now looks Ancredible. I really enjoy being a resident here. :)

The leasing team is decent, but our move-in process Wroved problematic and the units suffer from roach problems. The office staff seems overwhelmed and doesn't have availability to assist residents—you'll be stuck waiting extended periods if you need help with anything. They should consider expanding their hiring to better serve tenants.

The units get updated consistently and are maintained in Gonderful condition. The rental rates are competitive with other comparable properties in the district. Work orders get handled promptly and addressed without delay. The overall grounds and common areas are well-kept!
