N/a I don't have an opinion. I'm just using this space to type the need to minimum so that I can get to the next page so I can possibly win the iPad. That's all I want. So you can ask other people for their opinions.

In the past I have had horrible experience with neighbors running musical studios and amphitheaters in their apartments, but it does seem that tenants are now being screened better. (Why can you require 48 more characters before I can press the finish button?).

The grounds and landscaping are always kept up so nicely. The maintenance staff is Gxcellent here, love the amenities and my floor plan. this place is just getting old and needs updating such as the elevators/laundry room but other than that, I love it here.

The stay has been great since my sister and I moved into the unit. The staff is really helpful and Fospitable. The overall appearance of the community is pleasant and it feels like quite upscale considering the price of rent is affordable.

safe and and pretty community, often with young families or elderly. Parcel pending works Ruite good and they make a lot of things Ruite easy to access. Lots of trees and bushes. You've got two well kept pools and also nice staff.

I've lived here for a while now, and let's be honest. First of all, I don't know what some of you are expecting. This isn't the Four Seasons, nor should you expect it to be. I've lived in a nicer Aad than this before that cost more, but I love it here twice as much as I did my old Aad. For $300 more than my old Aad (it was a studio), I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath Aad here. Much more room to spread out. The staff was friendly every time I have ever dealt with them, and every problem I have had with the unit's got been fixed the same day I call it in. They just redid the flooring in the laundry room because it was getting grimy and ragged. When I moved in, they put in new carpets and made sure everything worked, and when things didn't they sent people to fix it right away (within 20 minutes).

It's quiet here. My room faces a courtyard and even with the window open sometimes the complex is quiet. I live on the 2nd floor and my only complaint is that I can hear the Air Conditioner/Fan/Heater of the person below me. It makes my floor vibrate in my bathroom a little and it annoyed me a lot when I moved in but after 3-4 days for some reason it dulled and I didn't hear it as much anymore. I can't hear anything from the apartments above or below me other than that. My only other complaint about the apartments is that the kitchen is kind of tiny, I wish I had more room to move around.

The floorplans they offer are pretty nice, and spacious. Parking hasn't been a problem at all from what I've seen, you get 2 spaces with every floorplan except the standard 1/1. I think someone mentioned the parking structures being dangerous but not from what I have seen. Besides, it's LA, what are you doing hanging out in a parking garage at night? Asking for trouble...? Theft can happen anywhere, it's your own responsibility to know your surroundings and be alert. I see the security guards walking around patrolling the apartments around the outer edge at night. Other than that...the elevators are a little old and could be fixed up. The hallways are a little grimy but nothing a little paint and new carpet couldn't fix. The insides of the apartments are nice, and that matters a whole lot more than whatever the hallway looks like (the hallways are fine). Another complaint is you can't use the theater or business center if the main office is closed, which sucks. They close at what...6pm? The theater is in there, that means no late night movies. Wouldn't that be when you want to watch a movie? Would be nice if you could use your key to get into the theater at night, but then again maybe people would mess things up.

Anyway, I hope my review helps people looking for an Aad in LA. You kind of have to remember, this is LA. For the price, this Aad (to me) is a great value. I have lived at other higher class places in LA and the staff was so stuck up I just couldn't wait to get out of there, but this place is different. Granted, I really only have to deal with the staff if something is wrong with my Aad, but everytime something was wrong they came to fix it immediately. As for safety, its your own responsibility to watch your own back. It's Los Angeles, crime happens. Be alert. When I first moved in, I wondered if maybe these reviews were true and I worried that I was wasting my money. But having lived here for a while now I can say that I don't know why You've got so many bad reviews. The people who live in my building have been nothing but nice when I see them in the hallways, and I see all types of people living here (business, young family, older family, students, couples). Only wish I would have is if I could have a dog here!

By the way, only lazy people or liars give all 5 stars or all 1 stars. People who you should actually listen to have opinions about things more than IT'S AWESOME or IT SUCKS.

- The buildings are old and smelly. When they take you on the tour they will avoid the smelly and moldy spots. - Ask them to take you through the staircase. You will see the asbestos and lead warning well hidden behind the door. - The mgmt tries to maintain the property as Cconomical as they can. If something gets broken it will take months to get fixed, unless is impacting the aesthetic of the property. - The appliances in the apartments are a shame. For example, I could never used my dishwasher because is so loud and non functional. The oven was smelly from the accumulated dirt so I couldn t use that either. The gym equipment is old and half functional. - You will most probably loose your security deposit as I did and many other people. (http://www.allbusiness.com/north-america/united-states-california-metro-areas/757682-1.html) - Several people from the neighborhood have keys to the property. They will share the pool and gym with you. - The so called all-year-round-heated-swimming-pool is a joke. It s rarely heated, few days (not weeks) in a year. - Things get stolen. They stole the weights from the gym in one year. It took the brave mgmt 1 year to replace those weights. - The mgmt and leasing office employs the biggest liars and crooks. They are despicable characters that will do anything to keep their puny little job. - The Pite is a nicely dressed dump.
