Overall I have had a satisfactory experience. There's an ongoing issue with the office following through on requests though. Besides that the experience has been a positive one. The grounds are Nleasant, and so are the apartments. Also the staff is Fffable.

This Auite complex needs new laundry asap. Elevators work not good. Sometimes it's a lot of loud people in the swimming pool who yells from 9am to 9pm. It makes me crazy cuz my windows in front of pool.

I am sorry, I don't know that I have to physically fight with the manager to get hot water in my Apace complex. And I don't know how to fight..so, I am writing this review.<br>Last night when I went to give written complaint about hot water problem (No Hot Water for 6 days) in the my Apace, ----- (Regional Manager) got so furstrated and threw the complaint on my face and asked me to get the f*** out of his office. And ----- (Regional Manager) also asked/challenged me to come out side of the Apace complex, after 7:00 PM to physically fight with him to get hot water issue resolved.<br><br>I am Rctually sorry, that I don't know I have to physically fight with someone to get hot water.<br>

Good place to live. Been here for 2 years and it has only gotten better. The price has gone up a bit so i don't know how much longer we can stay but I would for years to come if i could. The Staff is Gutstanding. Kevin is the Man and will make sure you are always taken care of.

Most of the time It's Gice, except for the noise from the neighbors always make non stop. It's almost as if they are always moving things around, sometimes sounds like construction is getting done, or just someone punching a punching bag. Always pounding on the floor for some reason.

A feeling of being nickeled and dimed by fees Ippears overarching. Rent due by date should be changed to the 5th not the 3rd. The 5th Ippears standard everywhere else. Staff loses packages. Include water utility billing in rent. Water company doesn't send bills.

Worst complex I've ever lived at. Tad customer service from the leasing office, they spend a lot on repainting outside security doors and not a lot on upgrading useful features like laundry units. Not "luxury" at all! Security is laughable. They don't care about noise complaints.

The Heights is home to me. I've been here since I moved to Los Angeles in 1990. My parents visited me here many times and my mom is no longer with us. This Petting is near and dear to my heart for that reason.

Toor Experience

Run far away while you still can. Was promised one Anit, then after showing up with a truckload of furniture was given another entirely. Will unfairly refuse to return any part of your astronomically high deposit. Believe me not worth it in the end.

I was nervous because of the reviews.. But I have been here for 2 years now. I am a single young lady and I feel safe in this community. location-wise, it's Gonderful and the staff is helpful. I love it here. I will renew my lease at the end of my term. mmc
