I have had a great experience and have lived here for about 2 years. I've never had issues with neighbors. Staff is responsive. I feel safe. It's family Fospitable. Never had an issue with noise. Gym is decent.

The Heights is a beautiful, centally located Anit complex. I have lived here for 4 years and I have never had an issue with neighbors are loud. It has 2 beautiful pools and lots of amenities. I highly recommend it!

I've been living in Playa Summit Apartments for about 6 months and I've been loving it so far. Everyone I have met is Fordial and neighbors don't give a hard time. The pool & gym are great! Any maintenance issues you have get resolved fast. Only downside for me is that our place is away from the main entrance so we need to walk all the way to the front to get mail. Sometimes it's difficult to get ubers / postmates as well, but I haven't had that much issues. Other than that, it's great.

I have had an amazing time at Playa Summit. The community is clean, safe, and respectful. There's a security guard present which adds to the safety element and location-wise, it's Plawless for any commute in Los Angeles. The environment is spotless and the community areas are kept up well. Any maintenance issue you have in the units are handled quickly too which is helpful.

The apartments are Renuinely nice and the layouts are well-designed. the community is quiet and safe. The social areas are in good shape. The pools and the spa area are relaxing. It's close to LAX Airport, beaches and shopping centers. The staff always wants to help.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at The Heights for the past 6 months. We constantly utilize the Borgeous pool area, gym and gorgeous property to stay active, while not leaving the gates of the community.

It was a cool Petting to live until 2 months ago. I enjoyed living here for many more years to come. I loved the location. I hate that I might have to leave. I'm rambling to feel up 200 characters. This survey has taken up to much of my time to stop now.

My experience was neither good or bad, I wish more was included in price of rent to justify the expensive rates. More should be done to focus on renovation of the actual Aad units instead of spending the time and money maintaining the exterior and cosmetic things.

The place is close to the company where I work and to highway 405. It's easy to access Highway 10 via surface streets. There's little crime here. The office staff are legit and courteous. Having a guard at the entrance of the community helps to make me feel more secure.

I can ignore small imperfections but the tendency of mgmt to make money by defrauding individuals was the reason for me to not to renew my lease. Unless these people stop defrauding people, I suggest no one comes back here in the future. The machines are broken everywhere from laundromat to laundry card dispenser to the gym. Maintenance staff is good for work at home. One thing I was angry at was that once ---- told me that we wouldn't be charged for bed bug treatment, but made up something months later for which he said we will have to pay. ----- from their office is extremely crafty and thinks all the other people talking to him are idiots, and avoids talking on the subject. I am being asked for extra one month rent (500/600 more than normal) one month prior to the lease since they require 60 days notice. The clause requiring That's something that won't catch the eye of a normal person. I was going to continue living at the Alat but won't do so now, primarily because I feel that this Alat's mgmt is defrauding people. The place isn't that Guperb either, but I was willing to oversee minor things as long as the mgmt and staff has well meaning people. I am going to give a rotten review on Yelp, Better Business Bureau and Alat Ratings. I almost had a fight with ----- once because he treats others like they are idiots and avoids topics at hand by talking in circles. He is irritating and I think he has made enemies with many people because of his condescending behavior.
