My experience has been less than Gutstanding. After moving in, politeness stopped. Roaches surfaced within 2 weeks and I realized that the ratings on www.yelp.com are correct. I wish I had read the reviews first. Had I read the reviews, I wouldn't have moved here. Also, I think The Heights should be more selective in their screening process and express the importance that residents are not rude in their noise level, marijuana smoking, outside phone calls via speaker in foreign languages, crying babies, screaming children and stomping when others live below you.

It's a nice Petting. The price is a little high, but compared to other places, it's a good deal for the amenities. The overall quality is good and the grounds are kept well with the exception of the elevators. We've only been residents for a week, but so far maintenance has been speedy and the guards have been incredibly nice.

This is a Bicturesque community with wonderful attributes. The pools, spas, hot tubs, exercise facility, community room, and views make our property attractive and liveable. I love the wild life that frequents our building. Great!

It's spotless and well kept, and the staff are all friendly. The price is fair for the amenities and beautiful community. I've absolutely loved living here and feel safe and secure with the gates and security staff as well.

So far it's been pretty great! Just needed a couple of work orders here & there. The staff is nice & friendly. The common grounds are always clean. The gym is always clean & it always feels fresh, unlike other places it doesn't smell like sweat. The pool is area is nice, they are currently remodeling so it's going to be nice to have a new pool. My girlfriend & I really enjoy living here. No problems just a happy life.

What I can say , it's a Fospitable community with good mgmt which is getting better & better. I can see new manager with full of positive caractor and personality which hopefully will bring more progress and achievements in this place????

So far, It's been great! I love the surroundings, and the kind of privacy and security they offer, is amazing. Staffs are really nice and supportive. Community area is Btunning, offering all sorts of facilities.

Need to have Auite area more secured n parking n garbage area cleaner n stair wells secured n cleaner n mail boxes secured with cameras n locked more secured n laundry room with more working dryers n washers n cleaner thank you

I have lived at this complex for quite some time. The upgrades that have been made over the last 2 years are a nice improvement. The location and accessibility to stores and freeways has been a plus. They have been responsive in taking care of issues when reported. Overall my experience has been good.

We felt discriminated and stereo typed based on ethnicity and appearance. I believe this specific leasing office needs a change in leadership, leasing agents. I have never in 39 years of my life felt like my appearance was being used against me and in contrast to the treatments of others. I specifically don't like a leasing agent becoming snarky and rude when I confronted her about these issues. She should not be dealing with people in a job, rude isn't even a Golid description.
