Tenant Reviews for 5901 CENTER DR

I came to this apartment only two weeks, but already very disappointed about how residents who lives in here and how they managed. Even Modera LA leasing policy is NO SMOKING in apartment, they smokes at the balcony. There is noise between floors, also residents are playing music very loud with speakers. the music and party sounds was too loud to sleep. Sometimes the party goes more than 2am. Even I complaints about these residents problem, staffs were not able to managed them nor does not suggest any solutions.

Great building, new apartments and amenities, quiet spaces, so far have enjoyed living here very much. It has only been a few weeks but I am looking forward to the rest of my time here. I have already recommended to a friend who is looking to move.

I have been living at Modera West LA for about 2 weeks now and loving the experience so far. It was made possible by the exceptional leasing team especially Emmelia Clancy. I had to move my move-in date and she was able to make the changes as soon as possible to accommodate the change. I am very happy to call this place home.

very nice inside of apartment, large space ~1000/1100 sq feet for 2 bedroom, space broken up in smart wall, large kitchen cabinent space, nice applicances, patio or balconies, common areas with vegetation for children, entertainment room, lounge area

Staying in Modera gave me the same sense as when we stayed in playavista as far as safety and the excellent amenities. The appliances in Modera are top notch and Its better in the sense that its a little more affordable.
