Poor management, apartment in poor condition on move in, work orders not taken care of in timely fashion, neighbors smoke weed from dawn to dusk Here's some more characters???????????????????????????..

I love my apartment but when i submit the maintenance request it sometimes take over a week to get a response or help from anyone. Also the front office staff does not have any respect for the tenants. The dog park is also disgusting and makes the rest of the building smell. Poop bags litter the turf.

The staff here are wonderful! Paco did an amazing job of helping me move in within a very short amount of time. The apartments themselves look fantastic, and there are so many wonderful amenities in the complex as well.

Enjoy living here. Place is kept clean and well maintained, the staff on teh ground work hard to keep I that way. On the down side, RW Selby seems to have changed to an "us against them" attitude this past year, RW Selby is unavailable to tenants and management's hands are tied when it comes to doing right by the tenant.

Neighbors are great. Super dog friendly including a little dog run. We've had issues getting work orders finished. The office says they'll do things and then doesn't. Or makes excuses why they can't. Or tells us that the work they agreed to do isn't that big of a deal and we should just live with it. The pool is really nice. The gym is great for basic workouts. Overall it's fine for a few months as a transitional place but I wouldn't recommend signing a lease longer that 6 months.

The location is terrific. Staff, parking, and maintenance are all great. The gyms, pool and club rooms are well maintained and nicely appointed. The only negatives are the quality of the appliances and the white carpets in the bedrooms.

We are so happy that we found this place to live! Building very new, high sealings on 4th floor, new Appliances, bathrooms very nice and new. Beautiful view and very nice and big balcony. Also the yard for pets, we enjoy spend time there with our dog! Pool is warm in the winter time, very nice spa zone. Staff super helpful and friendly, and very nice neighbors. Underground garage big enough- always had a issue before in other buildings to fit our truck. Highly recommend this building!

The building is decent but it's not worth the money. It's a facade. The exterior looks is better than the interior really is. Management is poorly responsive. It took them three months to get our HVAC fixed. The appliances are old and inefficient. We had a termite issue. Like I said, it's a facade.

Awful - unresponsive and lots of community/ maintenance issues inside and outside the apartment which corporate refuses to acknowledge. Health code has visited multiple times, community is brash and inhospitable.

Looks nice from the outside, but pretty bad on the inside. Poor office staff and broadly unresponsive maintenance team. Interiors of apartments have a decent amount of space, but appliances are old and failing. Generally dirty community areas. Lately there have been security/safety issues within the overall complex and particularly the parking area. Horrible overall value with rent that keeps going up despite zero effort going into fixing any issues.
