This Alat complex is a nightmare, not worth the price rent for terrible living conditions. The hallways are always filthy, mgmt is never on-site, anything broken is never fixed. Homeless people constantly roam the building, cars get broken into all the time making it feel unsafe, and the so-called "security" is a joke.
