Remove and replace portion of roof membrane on the west wing of building.Water damage repair to 3 units on first floor, 5 units on 2nd floor, 13 units on third floor, and the corridors between these units. (Units 106, 108, 110, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 302, 303, 304, 306, 307, 308, 309, 310, 311, 312, 314, 315, 316.Restore all fixtures and finishes in affected units and corridors.
Reroof with 200 sqrs BUILT UP roofing. Existing solid sheathing.Re-roof with Class A or B material weighing less than 6 pounds per sq. ft. For residential roof replacement > 50% of the total roof area, apply Cool Roof Product labeled and certified by Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC). Cool Roof may be required for non-residential buildings per Title 24, Part 6, Section 149(b).
