16 parking spaces for 32 units; very limited street parking. No security; we've had people sleeping/living in our trash rooms. We have people living on the roof of the building cause they can take the stairs all the way up. Parking structure has been broken into and cars vandalized. Also remember this is Figueroa so there's plenty of young unfortunate girls in front of the building at all times of night/day selling their bodies. Rent goes up every six months. When I moved-in rent was low $700's now is mid $900's. Community Room with nothing in it but chairs; no tv, no exercise equipment; no community! I'm looking to leave soon so there may be a vacancy opening up.

This is a horribly mis-managed building. They have a child all of 25 who apparently knows nothing about property management or the law for that matter. They only clean when an inspection is coming. There's a community room but no one has access exept the child manager her crack head boyfriend/husband and her two kids. Never any events planned; we suggested a movie night once a month but nothing. We suggested some exercise equipment but nothing. When I moved in we had 24/7 security but now nothing. Only changes we get are rent increases.
