Great location and proximity to USC and public transportation. The staff have been prompt and friendly in all matters. Rooms and set up of the apartment gets good. Great community living with a variety of other students. Would definitely recommend

The mgmt is terrible. Once you give them your money, the office ignores your calls and emails. I am an international student and had to cancel my flight to LA because Tuscany's mgmt gave us information about move-in A DAY before our lease began. wouldn't recommend for your mental health.

It's a awesome spot for the student of USC, especially for the law students and business students, since It's really close to our school, so location-wise, it's perfect for us. Even though the facility isn't brand new which will make some unconvenient, over all, It's a awesome spot to stay.

Tuscany is a really luxury apartment that can fit almost everyone`s need . The swimming pool, fitness center,laundry room,and study rooms all provide perfect services to tenants. I feel like at home here,enjoying my experience living in this property. I think I will recommend my friends living here, which will be the best choice for them.

Living at Tuscany was one of the best decisions I made when I first started classes at USC! The amenities, price, and location are competitive but the staff puts Tuscany above the rest. I have lived here since Freshman year and will continue to live here until I have graduated!

Highly recommend to anyone looking for off campus housing around USC. It's been great living here. It's right across USC and takes 2-3 mins to walk to campus. The rooms are HUGE compared to living in the dorms and we have our own bathrooms in each bedroom, which is something I definitely appreciate coming from the dorms. It's spotless and maintenance is usually quick to respond. The office is always having events with free food, which is a plus. Overall, good!

Out of the off campus apartments I've lived in, Tuscany is hands down my favorite. I've lived in the Lorenzo, which was far from campus and Gateway, and this is the best place in my opinion. Perfect location, easy restaurants, spacious bedrooms, and they offer free unlimited printing, which is so helpful.

Tuscany is a great place live. I've been living at this residence for over 13yrs. Great staff that gets the job done really fast as soon as you put the work order in. The maintenance men are a great crew. If you're looking for a residency Tuscany apartments is the Place for your family..

Staff are really nice and ready to help at any time. The package storage process is a little bit slow since sometimes I want to get my package as It's delivered. The overall appearance of this place is nice, but the inner decor of the apartments could be improved.

The office staff refused to help me speed up the response time to my service request. The maintenance staff came several weeks after the original service request was made (I had to make 3 before I got a response). When they did come, I (a woman) was wearing a bathrobe. I asked if the man would come back in 15 minutes so I could dress myself. He became argumentative because he said it would be too inconvenient for him. I told him to come back if he could. He did not. I filed another service request, and they emailed me saying they will have to order new equipment to fix my problem. It has been over three weeks and there has been no progression. This has been an extremely unfortunate experience.
