Location, location, location! The Tuscany Apartment complex is a great choice for USC students. The environment is safe, clean, and welcoming, the staff members are friendly and helpful, and the location can't be beat. Highly recommended!

Want to have more green area. Landscape. Carpet should be cleaned and updated and renovated annually. Laundry room needs to be updated and cleaned promptly. Fitness room should also be cleaned more often and renovated the facilities is important

It is of a high quality with good amenities provided. The security is not too bad and there is always someone in the apartment (even during holidays and vacation). A good lounge and swimming pool and fairly neat hallways. I would recommend this to a friend.

It's a great place for the student of USC, especially for the law students and business students, since it is really close to our school, so the location is perfect for us. Even though the facility is not brand new which will make some unconvenient, over all, it is a great place to stay.

I moved in through a sub-lease. The community was clean, and the location was near school. I am friends with my neighbors, however I did not know them until I moved in. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. The gym is never packed, but could use a few more machines.
