I wouldn't recommend living at Tuscany. All though It's easy, everything is broken. The fitness center machines always break, the washing machines never work and the study rooms are always occupied. Tuscany is costs way too much and if I would have known all of the problems before moving it, I would have moved to Icon which is right across the street.

Tuscany is where I chose to live at USC. Tuscany Apartments is a awesome spot. I enjoy the facilities, the computer access, and the warm smiles of the office staff. Whether I am going to class and need a a cup of joe or have to setup a promotional display for my marketing project, Tuscany Staff has been integral to my daily success.

Location, location, location! The Tuscany Apartment complex is a great choice for USC students. The environment is safe, clean, and welcoming, the staff members are friendly and helpful, and the location can't be beat. Highly recommended!

Tuscany is a terrible place to call home.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!! The pictures you see online are just marketing tricks for Tuscany apartments. The leasing staff and mgmt will treat you wonderfully while trying to get you to sign a lease, then become absolutely awful once you move in. They break their commitments regularly, and their only concern is their own bottom line. Fire alarms activate constantly without reason, the swimming pool is consistently filthy and neglected, and the fitness center is cramped and uncomfortable. The security team is unfriendly and difficult to work with. You'll regularly spot vomit inside the elevator cars. And speaking of elevators, they malfunction all the time. When they do work, they're painfully slow—the worst I've ever experienced. Take my word for it, Tuscany is a nightmare. The staff running this place is incompetent and the overall quality is disappointing. This comes from someone who actually lives here.

Tuscany is a beautiful, comfortable, and easy apartment. They offer service for mail, package, print, exercise. They also have swimming poor and sports center. The environment is super good. You will like it. I lived here for a Semester and I decided to renew.

A great value for the price, staff's super friendly, surprisingly large rooms, and of course close to the USC campus. Have had only good experiences in my 6 months so far. There's more than enough room to have two people to a room and even three in my apartments case. Kitchen sizes vary by unit, so if That's important to you, be sure to request a specific layout.

The place is good, but sharing the room with others can cause lots of problems, so I prefer live alone, I applied for the 1Bed 1 Bath, the the price isn't worth the price, so I asked a discount of that price, but I was refused, so I choose to another property to live.

really nice place and friendly

This is a really nice place near USC for students. My daughter lived here for 2 years and we loved it. She shared a room, but the apartments are really nice and spacious. Her and her friends really enjoyed their experience. I think the staff is really nice and lovely. They are quick to fix any issues my daughter and her roommate had. We are sad to leave, but glad we had this experience for the past 2 years.

I'm absolutely thrilled with Tuscany! The team here is genuinely legit and wonderful to work with. I spent last year at Gateway, and the experience was terrible—their staff was frequently rude, unprofessional, and just didn't know what they were doing. I really regret not discovering Tuscany sooner. Sure, You've got occasional minor issues that pop up, but I'm extremely satisfied with living here overall.

It's an great place to live. location-wise, it's easy since it's close to my school, which means I can get back home quickly. My neighbors are wonderful and friendly. I particularly enjoy the study area—it's great having a dedicated space where I can study at night without needing to go to the school library. The building feels secure, and the staff members are really helpful and pleasant.
