SUPPLEMENTAL PERMIT to 22010-10000-05420 raise the FFE of the ground floor (and entire building) by 1.17'. Revise structural inventory. Added a ramp and steps at the rear and front yards to access the revised ground floor height. The exterior walls adjacent to the rear yard were shifted east to provide a 4'-1" setback from the property line adjacent to the alley. All affected plans have been included for ladbs and ada review.
