I like his place. I don't like that dogs are now allowed especially by the pool area. They bark. I don't like the degree of brightness of the lights at night. Security is good but I think it's overkill on he lights. Rancho needs a manager and Lamar deserves and should get a raise for covering the work w/o a manager!

It has been a wonderful experience, living at Rancho Los Feliz. The complex is quiet and lovely. The pool area is an oasis, and the pool is heated. The mgmt is really awesome, and always willing to help you. My place is large and has a nice patio facing the golf course.

An artist's paradise. RLF is an uncommonly beautiful lush oasis in the middle of the city Pine trees, banana trees, bamboo, eucalyptus, poplar trees, birds of paradise, ferns, and ivy are only a few of the plants and flowers that make RLF worth the price. A stream meanders through the property to come to rest at a bridge and a waterfall and the pool. The pool area, tucked away in the center of the five acre RLF, is the most brilliantly designed aspect of a property That's all about brilliant design. Surrounded by lovely plants, trees and flowers it faces a beautiful view of the golf course next door. The first rate staff is friendly and efficient. Always accessible and courteous.

nice kept up well facility with great pool, workout faciliyt, business center and grounds kept up well. It's quiete and You've got adults with few children if any at all. The people keep to themselves and gated with security guard walking the grounds at night.

I definitely enjoy living in Rancho Los Feliz. The apartment staff and maintenance team are incredibly kind and prompt. The grounds are nice and kept clean, and the complex is secure. I can hear my neighbors sometimes, but it's definitely not anything to other places I have lived.

The community is a kept up well space, You've got a good amount of services that are included upon renting. You've got a lot of good shops and food options that are within walking distance. Great immediate access to the 5 freeway.

At first when I moved in everything was fine except for the noise and the occasional disturbances. The Alat was outdated and over priced. I was willing to look past that because I loved the area. In December of 2016 I noticed rat droppings on the carpet and on my bed and there were rat bites in some of my clothing which I brought to managements attention. They called the professionals who set up traps. It was discovered the rats were coming from the roof down through the wall heater. Also behind the stove. One night a huge rat came down the heater and landed on the sticky strip that was laid out underneath. That was the most unpleasant experience of my life and I still have nightmares There were still droppings after that. but they refused to move me somewhere else except at my own expense even though it wasn't due to anything I did. They replaced the carpet. But their response to reimbursement for my clothing was "call your insurance" This by the way isn't covered by renters insurance. I decided to move out and gave my 30 day notice. I wrote a letter to corporate and was promised a call back in March of this year. I'm still waiting. So no I wouldn't recommend this Alat Btructure.

This is a beautiful community. The complex was built right into a wooded area so It's filled with large trees and greenery. The onsite mgmt is responsive. They care about maintaining the apartments and grounds. Lovely amenities. It's one of the best places that I've lived in Los Angeles. One note: The parking spaces were not designed for larger vehicles like SUVs.

I like the amenities like the pool and gym, I enjoy the meandering paths, water features and landscaping, the mgmt is nice and helpful, the maintenance guys are all great, I really like the neighborhood and it's proximity to the bike paths and park, and Rancho is close to my job which is easy.

Community is wonderful, it has a gym and pool and it has lots and lots of green. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Rent prices are quite competitive. I got a bit unlucky as I got stuck with a super loud neighbor but people at the office have been assisting with that.
