I love my patio so I am happy with my units and I met some nice people who also live in the building. However, I did experience major roaches issues for the whole duration of my stay which really ruined the value of my unit

Overall a good community. The building is old but renovated. The apartments are nice and the value is pretty good. The amenities are also very nice. They do not allow pets though, and there aren't many community organized events.

It has been amazing! I'm have been extremely happy living in this building. The neighbors are great and the building stays clean. The office staff is great! They are always helpful and going above and beyond the call of duty

Great apartment community with good management. No complaints and maintenance requests are managed well and in time. Apartments are spacious and value for money with the current concessions. The only drawback about this place would be that there is no guest parking but there's street parking available.

Community is very nice, I lost my car key few days ago, turned out to be found by one of my neighbors! The stuff team is friendly, they will answer any questions immediately, patiently. But certainly there's some problems like cockroaches come from I don't know where..They are big and fast, showed up on the first night I moved in. A little bit creepy.
