I moved into this apartment in summer 2011, after some very nice communications with the property manager. Her great professionalism, sense of ownership, kindness and attention to details has made me feel very positive about it here. During moving in, I've met neighbors from different floors, and they all smiled and tried to offer help. Moreover, they all said the same word, "Welcome to the apartment! You'll like it here!" It is the truth. I've fully enjoyed the prompt, responsible, professional and pleasant services here, no matter with regard to maintenance or other requests. The lovely and courteous relationship among tenants, and with the property manager, is really impressive. It just creates the right atmosphere for people to live. I believe it is the joint effort of the property manager and the tenants who want to make it a home.

The new manager, Lisa, took over about 2 months ago. She is truly a sweetheart & is making the building a more pleasant place in which to live. She is very approachable & helpful. All maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely fashion. As soon as she took over the tenant roster was updated. Goodbye Tammy & good riddance.

So a new manager moved into the apartments and already you can see and feel a difference in the way things are, for the better. I met her the other day and she was extremely friendly and professional. She was actually cleaning & watering the plants in an area that had been neglected for years. I couldn't believe it! She took the time to listen to my request and tomorrow someone will be at my apartment to take care of what I needed a year ago! She even gave me a 24-hr reminder notice which I was never given in the years I've lived here. She also gave me a rent receipt, which I never got before and after talking with my neighbors, we are all really impressed! I think this place is going to be having a wonderful change and it's about time.

the apt manager (tammy meyers) never returns any phone calls or notes posted on her door. i didn't realize how bad she was until all the neighbors are always complaining about her when they see each other in the hallway or elevator. she basically does not care at all. u can leave her a msg every other day for a month and she still wont call you. you go to her apt, you can hear her talking, the tv is on, and light is on, but she won't answer the door no matter how hard you knock on it. when i moved in last yr, apt wasn't even ready on the move in date (the previous tenant moved out the day before i moved in and tammy didnt even bother to tell me that apt wasnt ready) i was forced to moved all my stuff in b/c i had nowhere else to put it. can u imagine the condition the apt was in when they had 1 day to clean up (that's just say the carpet was wet from cleaning still when i had to move in my furniture) everything is broken at the apt complex too, dryer is broken, light in the hall way or stairs are always broken, mailbox listing is outdated (i've been living here for over 1yr, and she still wont change the name!!!) the only reason people stay here is b/c the rent is relative cheap in the area and people just hate moving. tammy the manager is the worst apt manager i ever dealt with in my life!!! everyone hates her to death. avoid this place completely.

Tammy the manager is completely irresponsible and un-professional. She doesn't return phone calls or answer the phone, she say's she'll call you back and never does, then when we blocked our number she actually answered (guess she thought it was a prospective tenant or something) as soon as we announced our name, she said she was busy and would have to call us right back..shocker, she never did.I am looking all over for the property owners phone number so that I can report his idiot employee, and also report her to the BBB!

This is one of the WORST apt I have ever been in. Lets start with the management. The manager by far the WORST i have ever dealt with. Flaky, rude, major attitude problem, basically she is just nonchalant about the the tenants. takes FOREVER to fix or repair any apt damages. Never around, parking is a nightmare, overall a shady community. Stay away people! I am planing to file a comlpaint with the management company. Hopefully once if the racist, and prejudice manager gets fired, canfield can be a tab bit better.

The apartments here are all 2br 2bath. High crime rate in the area and several burglaries to apartments and cars parked in garage. Management/ownership is non responsive to security problems. Building is relatively well manintained but offer no amenities. One washer/dryer per floor are both ripoffs. No since of community in the building. National blvd, is loud allows for a ton of dust and grime to enter when windows are open. Community patio has no working/clean barbecue and is often dirty. Parking on street is complete nightmare
