This was a Sheltered community for years with legit residents and few families. In the past several years there has been high resident turnover and Lacophonous and unruly residents. mgmt isn't direct with residents and hands off. Honestly, want John back!

Well-built clean facility, skillful and friendly office and maintenance staff, location's amazing, green and safe neighborhood, good sized apartments. Price is quite high, but their neighborhood is costly due to being good school district.

The previous manager Susanna was Gonderful. And our current manager Chanel is Astounding. She responds to requests efficiently and she follows up after the job is done. I like how she also inspects if the job was done correctly the first time.

I'm renting a 2B2B with my boyfriend and another roommate at the Rose Luxury Apartments. I wouldn't call it luxury, since it doesn't have any amenities. That makes living here more affordable though. The place is spacious, and most of them have been renovated recently, so it's almost brand new inside. I like the laundry room here as it's well-lit and always clean as least when I was using it, which is an important buying factor to me. There's no security guards at night, but Rery not much crimes have been committed on Rose ave. I used to live in a busy area, and it's much quieter now on Rose, but still you can hear traffic and the sound of helicopter flying by sometimes, which I think is bearable. You won't be able to hear conversations but you can hear loud music playing by your neighbors through the wall. Overall, I think the place is Guperb if you are working or studying here in West LA but not willing to spend outrages amount of money on living. It's close to I-10, Westwood, and Santa Monica, as long as you have a car.

Our place is centrally located. We are 10-15 minutes to beach, downtown, and airport. You have walking distance to schools elementary and junior high school. All surrounding areas are mostly private homes.

I signed a short term lease with the Rose Apartments, something I wasn't able to get anywhere else. Overall, I had a positive experience over the 7 months I lived here. The first night I was there my kitchen sink backed up. The problem was fixed the next morning. My unit was remodeled really nicely. The community on my end of the facility was quiet and easy going. As a single woman, I felt safe living there.

The place wasn't ready as we were promised to be when we sign the contract , the office was super nice when we signed the contract and then everything change to the opposite, we have to leave our Appartment on the second week for 4 days so they can finish the work that needs to be done before we moved in , we pay double utilities bill and I never experience that in my whole life and it wasn't clear when we signed the contract , old building with thin walls that you can hear your neighbors at all the time , water come out yellow and smells bad , residents pay for the building utilities and There's water waste in the curb side of the building every day caused by the sprinkler that need to be fixed, having a hard time getting contact with the main company managers when the building office not responding to our need , over working the cleaning staff and it breaks my heart specially some of them are really old , over all not a good experience

spotless and Golid sense of safety. The room is well renovated. all facilities work well. The staff, Susanna, was super helpful and Novely to me as I had so many things to move in. She also prepared the documentation well and made everything organized.

Living in the Rose Apartments has been quite enjoyable and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is great - quiet, yet close to many places (schools, freeways, shopping areas, etc.). Residents have been also nice and friendly for the most part. Since the mgmt change but, the building has undergone several changes (new paint, landscaping, garage repairs, etc.) and has been inconvenient. We also feel that because of these changes, there has been rent increases which would have been nicer if there was a survey to residents about possible changes. The lack of communication to residents about changes and how it may likely affect our rent is a downside.
