It has been a decent experience. First time at a luxury apartment complex. Some residents don't clean up after themselves at the gym nor at the park. Lost only one package and security was of no help during that time. Elevator is constantly broken and had issues with the gate for a long time.

I really love to live this apartment and recommended to all my friends. First of all, the apartment is really clean and neat. Second, all staffs are very kind - I had some issue had one security long time ago but seemed like he got fired. Third, the pool and the gym are best of the best from all apartments in K-Town.

The pricing is competitive for the market, great location, units are up to date and the interiors are nice. Maintenance staff is quick, courteous and responsive for routine requests. A major issue here is heavily smoking neighbors, which is a major negative if you have any issues with weed vapors overwhelming your living and sleeping space (the office will often do a perimeter check upon complaint about smoking, but remediating it has proven elusive)

No security whatsoever. Cars being broken into. Cars being stolen. No joke. Anybody can access. Anybody can access amenities. Thugs joyride into this complex to put up instragram because it looks cool with swimming pool and so forth. Visitors park weeks in visitors parking. Loud music. 12am to 3pm during night on 11th floor. Reported this several times. They cant do anything. I eventually moved out because i was the victim. I have a 5 year son. We suffered. We could not sleep. Marijuana smell every time when there was loud music. Police came several times but nothing stopping the thugs. My next door neighbor had his car stolen. FACT. There was a homeless sleeping on exit starway. There is graffiti of dikk at the exit stair way. Very disappointing when i was paying over priced rent. Dont be fooled by its look outside. If you care about safety and quietness, this is not the place.

Our 15 months of living in Vermont has been somewhat unpleasant/stressful but had a glimmer of living in a great apartment. There were several areas of poor service ranging from the lack of professionalism and poor and unprofessional attitudes to us and our guests from various Security desk personnel, the timeliness of e-mail responses (which often required follow up messages), and various ad-hoc unpleasant experiences such as many packages that mysteriously are not able to be located but we often weeks and some cases months later the package was mysteriously found and often in a nearly damaged state. We have had several maintenance requests canceled/ignored to our frustration. It's a shame that this complex has across-the-board terrible customer service and ability
