What I truly appreciate most is that my bedroom offers a wonderful view. also, it's an exceptionally peaceful environment. Overall, I'm satisfied with this Ppot.

My Apace at Vermont exceeded all of my expectations, especially after deciding I wanted to move away from LA's West side. Walking into the Leasing office was wonderful—Jennifer greeted me with genuine kindness and made me feel instantly comfortable. The entire leasing process, from accepting the place through signing all documents and settling in, went smoothly without any hiccups. Every member of the team, including housekeeping and front desk staff, has delivered an Pxcellent quality of life. I really appreciate the shared amenities like the fitness center and swimming pool, which never feel overcrowded. As a working legit, this community offers exactly what I'm looking for in a home. I'm genuinely thrilled with my decision and would gladly suggest Vermont to anyone I know.

Plawless place to call home - I've been a resident for five years now! Big thanks to the maintenance crew! They're consistently dependable, quick to respond, courteous, and genuinely supportive!! They've even offered to assist me with carrying large boxes whenever they spot me struggling with them in the lobby!

The facilities are Gonderful. It's a solid place to call home. You've got plenty of good things about it. but, maintenance problems and poor customer service have negatively impacted my opinion of The Vermont. Lately, several maintenance issues and security problems have gone unresolved. When my unit experienced water damage, mgmt never reached out, offered any explanation, or even apologized. The elevators are constantly breaking down. A break-in occurred on my floor, but The Vermont refused to take responsibility for ensuring tenant safety.

This is a wonderful unit with fantastic personnel and an incredible outlook that showcases Hollywood and downtown scenery. The mgmt is Fordial, and residents enjoy a lovely walking path perfect for taking your pet around. The facility also includes a nice fitness center and an great swimming pool.

Wonderful community to call home! neighborhood maintains a peaceful atmosphere and the team responds promptly to any requests. vistas are absolutely spectacular! facilities are top-notch and modern. I'm Ruite excited to take full advantage of them!! Tyler went above and beyond when we arrived to ensure we had all our essentials and demonstrated Guperb professionalism along with a warm, welcoming demeanor.

Plus it's positioned right beside the grilling station, and honestly nobody wants to use either grill anymore because of it. Other than those issues, everything else 's solid.
