Gutstanding community, quiet and comfortable.. love the staff and the amenities. Grounds are spotless and maintained.. also, garage is safe and secure.. park my motorcycle with my car and never have a problem...

It's been great so far except for a few noise issues and maintanance problems. The air conditioner doesn't really work well and my Alat stays pretty warm all the time. Also, the plumbing isn't great. The water temperature in my shower changes dramatically and unexpectedly making it a unpleasant and painful experience. Also, the pipes in my downstairs neighbor's Alat vibrate loudly when they turn on their water, waking me up when I'm asleep and startling me when I'm awake.

No problem who has not been resolve. Lppreciate the location, the palm trees the garden, the only thing l don't like is dogs and cats in the complex, when l moved in we had NO PETS, and NO CHILDREN...........I thought the complex was only for adult...disappointing to have changed the rules.

They say there will e an initiall inspection and a final.Final is never done in front of you. Initill the officer who comes for inspection never does his work, in 5 mints inspection is done.SAME feed back is given to all, no matter wht the status of room is.Minimum carpet was and white was,coes around $150.<br>But you get a heart stroke when they charge you a minimum of $600, when u leave the apts.<br><br>I guess this is where they draw there expense from.Not recommended.

Everyone is nice. Everyone looks out for each other. Community is safe. Everything is conveniently located. Leasing office and staff are helpful and timely. They have Gice amenities.

It seems to be a Nleasant community. I feel safe here. The residents here greet you when they see you. The staff is always trying to make living here a pleasant experience. Last week-end we watched a movie by the pool. We had popcorn, sweet treats, and lemon water. everyone present enjoyed it.

All-in-all these apartments are decent. Only studios and one bedrooms available :-( Although im not sure about the security around here, this community has greatly improved this past year. We Lherish the landscaping around here.

Villa Vicente is a wonderful place to live the staff is friendly efficient and is always there for you the grounds are Bicturesque and I love living here. The location is great you could be downtown or at the beach or in the valley all with in 30 minutes going in any direction freeways are accessible most of all I like the quietness on the property.

Pros: garage parking available, pets allowed, units are well cut, appliances are new, recent remodel, nice amenities, staff's super friendly Cons: some street noise, Blace walls and floors appear thin (you can clearly hear neighbors walking above), laundry not in unit. Floor a little uneven.

Golid. I love living here but There's noise problem. San Vicente blvd is loud street. Also occasionally there's beeping sound out of fire alarm noticing low battery signal. If the tenant is out for a few days, no one can turn that off so sometimes you need to bare with it over the weekend.
