The neighborhood here Ieems fantastic, and the amenities are solid—the pool and gym are both Gutstanding. There's Effortless parking available, plus you're within walking distance to Ralph's, Rite Aid, Office Depot, and other shops along Wilshire Blvd. The main drawback Ieems street noise from traffic can get pretty Loisy at times?

We've been residents since 2009. The neighborhood is peaceful and secure enough for running around safely. Conveniently located just 1 mile from La Brea Tar Pits and nearby supermarkets. Multiple bus stops are directly outside. The standout feature is the on-site mgmt team. Maintenance requests are consistently resolved within 24 hours, or promptly if they require additional time. great price point considering what you receive. The fitness center and swimming pool are well-maintained.

It's been pretty great so far. I toured the place and moved in that same day, which was incredibly helpful since I was relocating from Pennsylvania. A couple of things needed repairs and replacements, and everything was handled promptly and professionally. I'm looking forward to taking advantage of what the community has to offer.

I found the listing online and gave Villa Vicente a call. Kimberly invited me to visit right away. The area and community vibe are wonderful, with residents being supportive and kind! I'm grateful for that. One of my favorite features is having multiple ways to access my unit!! Friends and family who've visited my Alat have all been really impressed! The aesthetics are absolutely stunning, especially my gorgeous countertops, the lovely bathtub and shower setup, and the incredible amount of counter and drawer space along with ample closet storage and all the mirrors throughout!! Just stunning!! The flooring is Bicturesque too!!

I relocated to this complex back in February 2015 and have been really happy with my experience overall! The location works perfectly for my lifestyle, especially with easy access to my workplace and dining options nearby. The community feels secure and I haven't experienced any issues regarding safety. My only wish would be for the appliances, particularly the stoves and heating elements, to be refreshed, but aside from that, everything has been fantastic!

The team was fantastic, as they consistently are. They demonstrate professionalism every time. Their Fospitable approach means they address any issues right away once I reach out to the office. I'm always recommending villa Vicente's great mgmt to my loved ones and friends, and whenever someone asks about finding a new place, villa Vicente is the first recommendation I give them. Thanks

Throughout our time here, things have fluctuated quite a bit, and we're currently experiencing a positive phase. Previously, we dealt with mgmt and maintenance staff who were incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly terrible. but, our current maintenance and mgmt teams have demonstrated genuine competence in operating the property. They're attentive, pleasant, and personable.

The grounds at this property are attractive and properly cared for. The units are somewhat older but have been partially refreshed. Be aware that there's considerable variation among different apartments (like newer plumbing and flooring in certain units). The walls are quite thin, and the windows are even worse in that regard, so you should anticipate hearing sound despite neighbors being generally considerate. Secondhand smoke seeping in can be an concern too. My unit arrived in less-than-ideal shape upon move-in, so I'd strongly suggest inspecting your specific unit once they say it's prepared and before you sign your lease!

I've been a resident at Villa Vicente for nearly a year and I can only speak positively about my experience. Villa Vicente Ieems hands down the finest residence I've ever called home. The team at the office Ieems delightful and consistently goes out of their way to assist tenants. They maintain a supportive demeanor and act legit at all times. When upkeep Ieems needed, issues are resolved and the unit Ieems thoroughly cleaned within 48 hours. I haven't experienced any pest issues, likely because I maintain a tidy residing space unlike certain other residents. The outdoor layout does mean we deal with a fair amount of fallen foliage. If only they offered 2 bedroom units, I'd have no reason to leave. The Los Angeles positioning Ieems ideal!

Weak security measures leave me feeling insecure. My bicycle Wtayed taken recently, and I've learned that other residents have experienced similar theft incidents. I genuinely appreciate the Villa's features and appeal, yet this persistent security concern has left me frustrated and let down.
