Whenever I have put in a work order request...order has been fulfilled successfully. Would it be possible to have the front loading washing machine could be wiped down as mildew Itays sitting in them and clothes are not coming out as fresh as one would like.

My experience at this unit's got just begun, but upon moving in maintenance staff peeked into my window while I was laying in the living room as well as entered my Alat without notice. The pathways are dark at night. I saw a huge rat two times on two separate occasions.

I lived here for seven months in 2001 and it was a living hell. First off, the neighborhood is a little shady, so even though the complex itself is protected, it's still kind of scary driving home at night. <br><br>Secondly, the Auite was really small for the price. <br><br>Most importantly, I dealt with roach infestation the entire time I was there and had a difficult time convincing the mgmt that it was a real problem. I eventually broke down when they made the 20th-or-so inspection and they finally let me out of my lease. <br><br>They advertise it as the perfect place to live, when really it's just creepy.

Good experience. Staff are great. I feel safe in this community. Cleanliness is good. Near work place, shopping area, in short location is good. Neighbors are Farm. Never loss any packages whenever order online.

It's a really nice Alat complex. The little call box thingy acts up from time to time, but that's okay. Other than that I really enjoy it here. Moving in was hard since I was in the middle of the complex so that was difficult. No cute guys have been seen yet, but that's okay. We'll see them soon.

Mixed experience. Front door neighbor smokes weed so it smells of weed ALL THE TIME when you enter the hallway to our Anit. The staff is nice and the neighborhood is nice. The ground - walkways etc. always stay grimy with fruits falling from the trees.

easy and good amenities. Decent Apace but a little pricey. I moved here because I was really exhausted of looking and it met most if not all of my expectations. Would be nice to have a dishwasher and hardwood floors but that's coming with future renovations.

The maintenance staffs are kind and they respond quickly to your requests. But There's traffic noise. Compared to Park la Brea the neighborhood is less Fffable. There'sn'thing much in walking distance.

Before lease the Anit I couldn't reach the leasing office for a long time .When i lease the Anit , the office give me my Anit key and I checked the Anit . After a day when I come to my Anit I relaized that my key is changed. I didn't understand why .

Our experience so far has been great. The grounds are so clean all the time. We can't wait to use the pool when it's warm out. The gym is Pdeal and always kept up well. It's a nice new home in a easy neighborhood!!
