I moved here from out of state and this is my first apartment away from my family. Was worried if I was going to make it, the rents are so high in Los Angeles. I took this place because the rent was a little cheaper the other places I looked at. The people are nice and the manager reminds me of my dad. I'm sad to be leaving my first home in Los Angeles but I have a better job offer in Florida, so I guess my Adventure Continues.

The Property manager ---- should be fired! He is never around, always hostile when you talk to him, takes FOREVER to fix things(2 months to fix a sink, not acceptable), not friendly at all. I would have preferred -------------- stay on as managers if we knew things were going to be this way. Countless people have moved out because of him and I will be leaving shortly as well. He is a lawsuit waiting to happen, beware.

This building is a disaster !! There are staff that shouldn't be in the position they are in they enter your unit when your not home and have not been given notice and when you request a repair your met with threats and work is done by unqualified non professional people. The facility has broken garage doors that stay open half the time and laundry is completely a waste of time and money you might as well not even wash your clothes. Plumbing is a disaster, a/c is also a disaster. For the rent you will pay here you might as well look elsewhere, and women beware unless being hit on every time your in a common area by older men is your thing... everything about this place sucks

**BE AWARE** We have lived here since 2014, and since then our rent has gone up $100 every year. The apartment and complex have never been renovated, still has mid 80's feel to it! We are moving out at the end of the month because we have had it! There have been garage break in's and just last week a car got stolen right out of it. There is no security, and this owner doesn't do anything about it. The hot water works about 80% of the time. The coin operated washer/dryers in the on site laundry room work about 40% of the time. This month we were informed that the rent will be hiked up to $2,300.00/per month. This is absurd, considering that there is no pool, no work out room etc. and it sits off of a main blvd that police/fire/ambulance rush down with sirens at all hours of the night. This owner doesn't care about his tenants! Just last month a neighbor told us that Julian Wu Et Al of Unison Investments was the principle owner, and that we should write him about our concerns. We have never heard back! We would recommend NOT living here!

Beethoven Garden is an absolute steal for the space, friendliness of managers and location. I've been a resident for the last 3 years since 2011 and wish to continue living here as long as possible. The rent was raised $50 over the last 3 years and is very reasonable. There are assigned spots, enough for 1 car per bedroom and ample parking on the streets for guests. Whenever there is an issue, Don & Sharon are great about fixing things. The neighbors are all very nice and there are a lot of families in the complex. The location is incredible, 2 miles to Venice beach, nearby bus routes and 7 miles to the airport. I have never seen a rent sign - whenever there is a unit available the spot is filled immediately with waitlists and most people stay for many years.

Lived there for 5 yrs, rent was bumped up every yr. If you move into that building don't expect anything to be fixed properly! AND expect them to enter your apartment at anytime to make their mischief changes along with leaving their dirt and mess (dirty muddy foot prints behind-those of you living there while they worked on the water pipes know exactly what I am talking about. behind. It would be a nicer place to live if you could get the trailer park trash out of there. I have been in property management for years and was appalled by how they do things. Before even seeing the building I asked if it was and A property, Sharon said yes . Tells you how much she knows about the business! And if you not only like living with ants get ready to get use to live with termites that they continue to ignore. Laundry room is a disasster! Old broken down machines that you have to run twice to get your clothes clean and dryer twice to get them driy if not three time. Oh and did I mention before I moved they bumped the price in the laundry room as well when they know they do not work properly.

I believe the units at 3775 Beethoven ST. Los Angeles, CA 90066 are uninhabitable because they are not following these guidelines. The managers are -------------- -----. The management SUCKS!!!!!!! It is an older couple and instead of fixing things right the first time the rig things to look as if they have been repaired. They knock the rent up EVERY year - it has went up over $300. in 4yrs years...
